I liked everything. Plus it is closed tp the airport which is what needed.
Modern, gorgeous facility with friendly staff and a decent restaurant. Breakfast is excellent, parking is an additional fee. Would return!
this property is located next to the metro. They pick you up and take you to the airport. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant buffet exceded my expectations. Rooms are clean and well equipped.
it was good for the money. I would stay there again
Fantastic reception and facility, much better than expected.
I liked everything except the pizza. Tasted like cardboard.
Very nice property. Clean and modern room. Air conditioning...which in Europe seemed to be rarity during our 2 1/2 week tour. So, we loved that part! Shuttle from the airport was very easy - call them, they show up in about 10 minutes. I would stay again.
Front desk even help us print our boarding pass. Friendly staff.
Incredible clean. Friendly staff. Very good located nearby the airport area.
Everything seemed great until I tried to take a shower - clogged shower drain. Had to change a room on 3rd to 1st. Had to re-pack and unpack. Second room's shower drain was also slow. Did not have drainage issue at any other hotels that I stayed during 10-day vacation in Spain.
Great value. Close the the metro line and a free airport shuttle. We stayed here twice during our trip. It’s not super close to main attractions in Madrid, but the metro can get you anywhere and it’s a quiet neighborhood. Nice hotel, very nice price.
Very nice, clean, pretty hotel and a very good value. The rooms are a nice size, especially for a European hotel. It is super convinient to the airport and the complementary shuttle to and from is perfect. It is a fair distance from anything in Madrid. However, there is a Metro stop a block or two away and that will get you anywhere you want to go. It just takes awhile to get into town and back to the hotel. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
Pro: Breakfast was very good... lots of choices Cons: The hotel, though advertised as an airport hotel, takes the better part of an hour to get to from baggage claim! (In fact, it took us one hour and five minutes to get to the hotel once we called for the shuttle!) The room itself was quite shabby. The furniture was chipped and very dated. The room was very small with three tiny uncomfortable twin beds for three adults. We were not impressed. The coffee maker was broken. we reported it broken immediately and asked for a replacement but that never happened over our two day stay. One of the bathroom sinks was completely stopped up and unusable. The room was stuffy and very hot. We were only able to open the window a few inches for fresh air. The Hotel is in the "Middle of Nowhere", very inconveniently situated in an ugly commercial district offering only two or 3 run-down, sketchy restaurants within a 15 minute walking distance. If you didn't know otherwise, you would swear you were in some industrial suburb of Omaha Nebraska or Jackson Mississippi. To get to anywhere that even remotely resembles Spain requires an expensive ($30+) 30-45 minute cab ride. The in-house hotel restaurant was expensive and very disappointing, although the free breakfast was quite good. do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!! Pay close attention to the time required to get to or from the airport or to the center of the city where the real action is.
I had a late check in due to a flight delay. The shuttle service was prompt, the driver curteous. Upon arrival the front desk staff were very helpful, polite and friendly, she made sure to sign me up for the shuttle the next morning. She answered all questions kindly. The room was very clean and had some snacks available for a price, which was a nice touch especially with a late arrival. The only issue I had was walking in the room was dark and the lights appeared to not be working. I was not familiar, all you have to do is insert the room key in the slot next to the light switch, and that turns the lights on. Overall a great experience and will certainly stay there again.
The staff were racist The staff were rude If you’re black or non Hispanic, I wouldn’t recommend you to go there
Nice property. Loved that there was a car there to transport us to the airport. One thing I didn’t like...a burger was not an option for room service at 6:30am.
