The hotel is located very close to old town of Madrid. Very close to all the attractions and the metro is right outside of the hotel. The staff is very friendly. We stayed at 12th floor. The view is beautiful.

Nice apartments in the middle of everything in Madrid but very expensive. Kitchen with dishes, washing machine, plates, fully furnished apartment basically. It's not cheap but... nice.

Perfect apartments for our family located on one of the happening places on Gran Via with easy access to lot of the attractions. Check in and communicate thru email or phone was perfect with 24x7 staff at the receptions. They were awesome! Would strongly recommend this place. Would be nice if there is a small nook in the bathroom for the soaps. Evert

The location is awesome, the apartments are ok, the view is not so great, but the people at front desk is awful, the don't know the meaning of hospitality. I have to wait for hours to get my room, I got double charged for my stay and they didn't refund me so I have to challenge this charges to my bank. They also don't speak English. Very disappointed, I was expecting a better treatment for the price I paid. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Awful staff, rude, very disrespectful, I was overcharged even when the apt was paid in advance. Great location horrible people, they should learn hospitality and ENGLISH
