Travelled driving for 4 hours get there at 2 pm system wasn’t working , said too wait till 330 - 4 pm not a problem , beautiful scenery. Get back at 5 p m !! Oh we’re really sorry come back . You get the point . Terrible marketing strategy too spend more money waiting , like they have an arcade and games 15 feet away from the front desk . Kind of smart . Just terrible . Waited till 5:45 p m . With zero empathy

We had an amazing stay at Camelback Resort! The staff was welcoming, everything was clean, and there were so many fun activities for the whole family. The waterpark was a favorite, and our room was comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend for a great family getaway!

It’s a nice resort. Clean room, spacious (we got a double queen room), friendly and helpful staff, family friendly. It’s pricey, especially for families, and you have to pay for everything a la carte (minus Aquatopia).

Camel back is pet friendly. I found myself with a room in the pet friendly section. When i made the request for a different area they accommodated me immediately that morning. Great job camel back!!!
