You get the point . Terrible marketing strategy too spend more money waiting , like they have an arcade and games 15 feet away from the front desk . Kind of smart . Just terrible . Waited till 5:45 p m . With zero empathy

They charged me $200 on my card for the reason of and they told me that they would return it when I left the resort but it wasn't like that they told me that they were the charges that I issued I don't charge that's my annoyance I also paid 25 dollars for each day of parking
