Worst decision ever!

The bed sank in the middle as soon as I sat at the foot end of it, there was spider webs and dirt stains everywhere, the floor was wet! My wife went to check under the bed and her dress was wet from the floor! The entrance to the room wasn’t correctly sealed, you could see gaps of light from top to bottom and side to side, looked like the door been kicked in! The microwave looked like it was found in a yard sale by homeless people, the tv was made in 2010. Overall the stay was legit horrible and we tried to cancel it 2 mins after seeing it… still want my refund

Room was not what was listed in web site, it was old, dark and dirty. Light fixtures were broken, tiny TV, hair and dead bug was on the bathroom floor, stain on the bedding, no stoppers in the drains, and some mysterious stuff in the drawer. Just a mess.

The room we booked had mouse poop on the table & pretty sure there was black mold in the bathroom. We were switched to another room not much cleaner but no mouse droppings the bathroom same. Will never stay there again

Good job, Days Inn!

I had no problems. The staff was personable with positive attitudes. Breakfast was adequate AND THE EGGS WERE GREAT. Also, the view and location were excellent.

As an Expedia Platinum member, I am extremely disappointed with how my reservation was handled. Expedia tried to contact the property manager multiple times to request a cancellation, but it was refused every time. It’s sad to see that the desire to make a quick buck came before customer satisfaction and basic human courtesy.

I was advised by the front desk that it would be fine to cancel my current reservation and book a new one, and that the property manager would approve it without issue. However, when I followed that advice, the manager later refused to cancel the original booking, and I was forced to pay for both reservations. Very disappointing experience.

The room smelled awful, the floor was filthy, the curtains were half falling down. I called to find out about the three police cars sitting in front when I came back from dinner and was told somebody would call and let me know what was going on, but nobody ever called me back so I stayed locked in the room with the table against the door all night long.

The days inn in tannersville is a quiet hotel right off the highway. My wife and I were traveling for business and needed an inexpensive place to get some sleep and this place fit the bill. Going by the pics on Expedia I was expecting the room to be a little older. The parking lot was surprisingly empty but that added to the relaxation that we felt after check in. There is an old train car next to the front desk that doubles as a restaurant but we didn’t get a chance to eat there. Maybe next time. All in all it was a great night and very reasonably priced.

Don’t do it!

This hotel is a disaster!! We checked in and when getting to the room it was freezing and smelled awful! The balcony door would not close and was held shut with a cheap chain lock but one push and the whole thing moved and opened!!! Easily could have had someone break in. Second room was full of black mold in bathroom! We left and lost our room fee but stayed safely a few miles away at Hampton inn. Highly recommend you avoid this hotel!!!
