The property was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfy put i recommend bringing your own pillows. The kitchen definitely needs to be updated and maybe some more items provided as there werent any oven mits or any soap or sponges for dishes to be washed. The place definitely has thin walls and you can hear what goes on in the next room. Indoor pool should definitely get a heater as it was beyond freezing. Also bowling alley needed some work done but was fun reguardless. All in all it was a very lovely stay and will stay again but just needs some updating....

The facilities are neglected, and what they advertise doesn’t really work. The restaurants were closed, only a small pizza spot was open, and just on Sunday one restaurant served breakfast. No bikes available, the water park is small and crowded, the indoor pool had too many chemicals, and the jacuzzi was dirty and not working. The first room had an old kitchenette; I asked to change because I had booked a full kitchen, but the second room had no utensils or hot water. Finally, we were moved to another room at 11 p.m. That one was better, but overall, I do not recommend this place for the price.

Did not know that the water park wasn’t included in our stay. Did not know the water park was closed on Tuesdays. The diner there is shut down. The rooms and amenities are old. The bathroom in our room was dirty. The workers acted like they didn’t even want to be there. At night they would shut the hotel down for the Jewish events. They would be screaming and honking horns even past midnight. We will NEVER be going back there.

Beds and pillows were so comfy! The room was stifling when we first arrived but the AC after it was turned on helped. We left shortly and coming back at night, the room was perfect. The hallways were slightly moldy smelling and can be creepy early morning or late night. That said, I would stay again for a night or two (not alone though - my imagination would get the best of me)

Our stay at this resort was horrendous. There was no AC in our room and they did not accommodate us properly. When we politely ask if they would be able to accommodate us due to there being no AC they said they would try, however it took 4 hours for us to receive a portable AC. We politely asked multiple times for fans due to our room being very hot. They said they had give it to us however later stated someone probably took it and were unable to provide one due to them already giving all out. And on top of it being really hot in our room the sofa beds were damaged upon arrival, the first night one of the beds broke after only a couple hours of sleeping and the other bed was moving a lot very unstable, the indoor water park which was the main reason why we came was mostly closed down only one waterside was working and one pool was open which was a very big inconvenience, the staff was not helpful they kept saying that they would try but nothing was certain
