One thing I did not like was the Buffet. Too expensive not enough food, the food was very cold. lots of empty tray with no food. The buffet needs a lot of improvement, more selections of food. It had lack of choices. Please try to work something better for the buffet service.

My husband & I stayed for 2 nights at the Willowbrook building. This was our first time here so we didnt expect for it to be so far from the making building where you check in which is also where all the amenities are. Now we know if we come again. When we showed up to our building, we were literally the only people there. It was quite weird. The next day it got full but it was still quiet there. Our room was clean, we loved the hot tub. I wish out fireplace place worked but that wasnt a deal breaker. This was the only place we've stayed that charged you for coffee. Overall for the price we paid, we would stay here again.

The last day was ay 8am, so we couldn't even relax on pur last day. We had to rush and go outside. The activities are nothing to brag about, they also have alot of people who just pop up with thier kids and hog up the indoor pool and bowling.whoch is not fair to the people who actually paid to stay at the resort.

Unique is there were surprise mandatory extra activity charges upon arrival. Also the captions lead you to believe the waterpark would be included. But it's not! Incredibly ridiculous access in one end of the fifth floor across the building down another elevator then across the building again to get to the room. You can touch the car from the window bur have to walk a mile to get to the room? Elevator reflects a different floor from the one you are on? Confusing

BEWARE!!! Went for a short stay Saturday to Sunday. With my husband and 2yr old son. When we arrived at 3:30pm for a 4pm check in, we were told our room wasn’t ready. They would call us. We had over priced drinks at the bar located close to the check in office thinking we would only have to wait until 4pm. At 6pm we went to the front desk to see if our room was ready. There is no service so we never got a call. Finally get to the room. The room is average and repainted poorly. After check in we go have over priced dinner which was average. After dinner we walk to the arcade . All the games were broken or turned off. Go back to the room to go to bed. At 10:30pm my husband and I were awoken by two men acting like security guards standing in our room!!! There was no knock on the door they didn’t say anything when entering. My husband jumped out of bed startled and said what’s going on?! What are you doing in here? The Men got scared said sorry and left the room. We then realized there is not an extra lock on the door, like a chain lock or bar lock. The next morning went down to front desk to complain and warn other guests of what happened. The head of security said there was a heavy smell of weed in the hotels hallway and they have the right to go into the room with out knocking or stating that they were entering. Very scary. We asked for a refund we were denied. Place is not safe and beware of your belongings when staying there.

Wait for 2 hours to finish the check in

Very disappointing. Cons: Check in took 30-45 minutes Had to take 3 elevators to get to our room. Toilet was very low to the ground and crappy. Restaurant took an hour or more to get the food. Moose bar didn’t have food. Staff was very unhappy. Pros: Slope Room was nice. Water park was nice.

Prices were the same with quite a few amenities under construction. Signage was poor. My fireplace wasn’t working and maintinence never came after eight hours of trying to get someone. The mantle fell off with a slight touch. The shuttle was poorly organized: we spent a few hours waiting after contacting the front desk to be picked up and dropped off around the property. Pipes in waterpark were blown out all over the place. One slide of only three were closed, including a hot tub. Bottom of wave pool was in poor shape. Bar staff was rude. I was charged twice on my credit card upon check in so now I have my return abs deposit pending.

The hotel room was clean & recently renovated.

Everything was great except for check in. Over an hour long wait to check in.

My husband & I stayed for 2 nights at the Willowbrook building.
