This is an old property hence the price. The small water park is nice and the indoor pool is big and the hot tub is also big. When I booked I booked two rooms that had big refrigerators in the pictures but both rooms had mini fridge and only one had a microwave. The outside of our building was pretty with a small pond with frogs. I wish the water park was included as it is in other hotels and not a separate pay which is a bit pricey for its size and two of the slides not working for a while.

The had little knowledge or gave conflicting information about shuttles, house keeping, lost and found, how to get to other properties. The kitchen had brown water coming out of the faucet . The bathroom tub was not clean. I wait 8 hours for fresh towels, the front desk write my risk number down but not what I requested(twice) No shuttles after the wine event we had to carry our wine

the property is very clean, the girl in the reception was mean, look and treat us badly, the waterpark is closed till memorial day, or just weekends and it is not mentioned in the website ,they don't give any information about the resort what is include and what is not, we played boiling the gay is very helpful and nice

It wasn’t the best experience the hotel was not as clean there was bugs and spiders in the room. They had us waiting for the cleaning crew to clean the whole floor to give us one room.

Tons to do for the whole family. Plenty of on site entertainment so no need to leave the property unless you choose to. Organized activities as well kept kids busy. Decor is very outdated, as is parts of the facility. Window in room was leaking, but maitenence fixed it immediately. Unfortunately, the leak continued. Overall, would return.

Have been going here for many years. Needs some repairs, but still family friendly with pool, water park, game room, bowling, indoor/outdoor basketball, tennis, etc., & nice bar for adults. I forgot there's a movie theater. Overall will still come back. Gift shop could use new items. Food options on site are good. Typical resort pricing for food. Water park is extra $ so be prepared.
