I can’t say enough about the wonderful team. They are phenomenal! Heather (GM), Brandy, Juanita—everyone we encountered went above and beyond. Thank you so much. The rooms were lovely and well kept. The fireplace and jacuzzi made the room feel special. And the beds were incredibly comfortable. I will recommend this property. Thank you for a great stay. Peace and Blessings!

We had a nice 1 night stay after we got married. Loved the jacuzzi tub that was plenty big for 2. The deluxe suite was very big with dining, living, and kitchen with stove and refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast was amazing!!! Couldn’t have asked for more. Only bad was room smelled like dog when you first walked in but then was not noticeable. Evening check in girl was not friendly, next morning checkout girl was very friendly and nice.

Kid-friendly, but does not follow recommended Covid protocols. Dated, mold in shower/jacuzzi, and overpriced.

My family has typically stayed at another hotel for the past few years but I decided to change this year. We liked the idea of having a separate bedroom for the adults. However, the setup was kind of odd in that you still had to come through the bedroom to access the bathroom. But the kitchenette was a nice addition as well. There was also a fireplace in the room! The pool and hot tub were fun. The breakfast was really good. My kids liked the basketball court outside too. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the room. There were stains all over the carpet, walls, sheets, and the couch was pretty gross.

Great staff

Hotel not a bad place double check to make sure pool is open before going because seems to be a hit or miss other than that nice for families nice two bedroom suite room was cold maybe because they still have window ac units in and the one window did not close properly

The shower curtain was filthy. It had black mold on it. In tv there was blood on the curtain. My girlfriend was swimming in the pool and this family jumped in throwing balls and jumping in the the side of the pool. She had to get out, because they acted like it was their personal pool. Pandemic is not over, cases in this are have been on the rise. No space between people at all eating breakfast so we just left.

We did not like the towels which were thin, small and scratchy. The pool was closed. No coffee pot in the room. No maid service over the three nights we were there. We had to remove our own garbage. There was a lack of sufficient flatware and utilities

Dave made check-in very easy, but the actual hotel is a nightmare. Both rooms were in disrepair: Soiled upholstery, multiple holes in walls, broken mirror repaired with blue painter's tape, dents in refrigerator door, broken shower curtain rod, mold on tub caulk. Price did not reflect the poor quality of the accommodations. We are returning this week for business and have booked elsewhere.

I’m coming to property for quite some time used to be a Marriott property and it has really gone downhill very dirty paid for the room through Orbitz and didn’t even stay room was filthy front desk agent was very understanding and refunded our stay waiting on Orbitz and Expedia to rectify the situation

The pool is closed. The patio is closed. Can't light a fire. Can't sit outside. Can't use the grills. No vending machines. I tried to cook a damn meal and they offered me a hot plate. Pathetic.

It was very cozy. Nice place to rest and room was comfortable

The employees were great nice Nd and friendly the rooms could have been alot cleaner but over all I had a great stay I will definitely stay again

It was very outdated and dirty had a funny smell and had food still left in the from previous guest

The doors in the hallways are entirely too loud when they close. had people running up and down the hallways all times the night. The people in the room across from us had a fight in the middle of the hallway yelling and screaming at each other at 1:30 in the morning. It was almost as if they were trying to see who could slam their door the hardest. The third shift desk clerk oh, was not very pleasant. smacking her lips and rolling her eyes when I complained about all of the noise and the children running up and down the hallway at 1:30 in the morning. Overall our room was fantastic. Dairy Queen, very good location, could use work in replacing some of the older bathroom fixtures.

I loved this room., extra large jacuzzi tub, very clean, small kitchenette. Very happy with our stay.

The property was fine, but the room was very noisy because we were in a room near the elevator and the interior doors. Alot of kids and families using the pool which made it very loud. Otherwise, no real complaints. Tried to check in 2 hours early and was not accommodated.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was courteous.
