Hotel room was average. Nothing special. Bathroom shower didn't look clean & light didn't work. Bad setup with the doors too. For an expensive hotel resort - very disappointing. Casino was so hot and stuffy. Reeked of smoke. They need better ventilation in there. Guy Fiery's & Lucky 8 Noodle restaurants were the highlight of the stay. Excellent food. I will not stay at the hotel again.

Hotel room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Casino was lacking in terms of slot machines for non smokers in comparison to smoking machines. Poker dealers were very inexperienced and wait times for a seat at the one and only table open was too long. Wednesday night discount on buffet was a nice surprise. Beverage service on casino floor was limited and servers passed by too quickly when they did come around.

This was a beautiful property and staff was very helpful and friendly. It would be nice to have a map of the hotel somewhere to find different restaurants etc but overall I have no complaints. My husband and I had a terrific time and would definitely come back if we are in the area!

The room was nice and comfortable. However, there was no fridge or microwave in the room and that was very inconvenient. The food offered was absolutely disgusting! tha bar by the pool was ran by rude staff and the drinks were watered down! The spa was unprofessional and the smell of smoke throughout the ENTIRE hotel really made this stay a nightmare. I would not recommend this hotel at all!
