Just about everything was amazing, and we chose this resort specifically to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Our room was spotless, the staff was wonderful, the food was incredible, and the overall ambiance was absolutely stunning, it truly made his birthday feel special. My only complaint was the lack of a standard refrigerator in the room. While we’ve stayed at resorts without microwaves before, it was surprising to have a regular refrigerator replaced with one stocked with snacks and beverages that we would be charged for if anything was removed. When I called to ask about getting a refrigerator, I was told it would cost $28 per day. When I inquired about alternative options, we were offered a tabletop medicine cooler so small it could barely fit a single container of food. The explanation given was that this was “casino policy.” This was a first for both my husband and me, and we’ve stayed at many top-tier casino resorts. My recommendation would be to clearly advertise this policy in advance, as it’s not something guests typically think to check when booking. It was definitely a disappointing policy and one worth reconsidering. Other than that, our experience was truly amazing and memorable. 👏
