We "upgraded" to the suite and used the pullout sofa. The front portion of the unit was extremely cold due to the gap beneath the door and the heat not pumping into the front. Lack of upgraded C-Ports made charging newer phones more difficult, but manageable. Shower: The static glass door in front of the shower made turning the shower on from the outside impossible. The shower water was lukewarm. One of the things I look forward to is a long hot shower. The toilet pressure was poor, the handle had to be held for an extended period to flush properly. Good: The bed and pillows were super plush, I slept well even though the cold. Staff: Very responsive to our requests.

The staff were wonderful! Room was clean. Restaurant service, space and decor, food, were top notch. I love the Lobby level areas that were sophisticatedly appointed and spacious. We were thrilled to be able to choose free self parking. We visit the area often and plan to make our reservations at The Alloy!

Great stay as usual but this was the first time I needed maintenance to help me pull out the sofa bed and they are so quick and nice. Front desk was helpful and nice too. Bar the perfect way to end the night!

A large student group was staying there and we were placed in an adjacent room to several young ladies who were having a merry time and laughing . I told front desk about my concern but we were not offered another room. I had to call the front desk at 12:30 AM because their laughing woke us up. I am an elderly gentleman and a light sleeper.

Stayed one night.. room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Forgot to ask what kind of pillows they were; would like to buy a few for my home. Front desk was friendly, location of hotel was good as there were plentiful stores/restaurants nearby; Trader Joe’s across the street. I knocked one star bc the room I was in were.. walls were very thin; had an end room down the hallway by an exit stairwell. Literally can hear everything and anyone, but otherwise my overall stay was good.
