The lobby was delightful. And the gym was in good shape, which is very important to us. But the room really needed some work… There was a broken toilet paper holder, very dim lighting throughout the whole room, not enough hooks in the bathroom and the one that was on the door fell off, and I really don’t think you should have to get wet getting into the shower to turn on the shower. Also, on the fifth floor, where we were staying it took a full 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower, which is just very wasteful.
