Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport

I had an early flight out and the strobe light fire alarm went off (no sound) at 1:30am. I said something to the front desk and he was extremely rude and told me it wasn't a big deal there was no fire.

You walk out of the airport and take the walking escalators directly to the hotel. The rooms are old, but relatively clean. I would not walk barefoot on the carpet. I had an awful time sleeping in the bed. I scratched all night for fear of bed bugs. I was disappointed the second night to see the sheets weren't changed. There was a stain on my sheet that may have subconsciously affected my sleep. The fabric chair in the room was very old & dingy. The refrigerator was so loud which contributed to my lack of sleep. The air conditioning is and old wall unit that is controlled by the thermostat on the wall. We ate in the restaurant located downstairs in the hotel. I asked for the Ahi Tuna and salad. I had to send the Ahi back because it wasn't fresh. The salad was just ok. The Crème Brulee' was also a little disappointing. I understand this hotel may get a lot of business just because of its location. The Hyatt name should mean enough to try to bring the rooms up to a better standard. I was disappointed due to the price, but it was convenient.

The main room was ok the garbage can didn't have a bag in it and the shower had hair all over in it. I honestly won't be back.

Just take the skyway attached to the airport! Staff treat you like royalty. Rooms are cozy and bed is so comfortable.

Quick in and out. Very convenient hotel. Clean with nice amenities. Parking is extra as it is part of airport otherwise not bad.

You have to pay each time you leave the parking lot behind the hotel.

I booked here because I was on a long road trip and I didn't pack a coat. You can walk in an enclosed walkway from the airport to the hotel. In hindsight, I should have spent the extra money purchasing a good coat. There are several hotel brands nearby offering the same level of accommodation at a better price. With that said, I want to compliment the staff in the restaurant during breakfast. They were by far the friendliest staff members that I encountered during my visit at the property offering the highest levels of customer service.

I was staying because it was attached to the aiport and my only complaint is that channel 11 wasn't actually on channel 11 on the guide. My flight got cancelled and I had to wait for the weather to clear. Breakfast was good.

The room and staff was great. The restaurant was quite substandard and overpriced. The green beans were not prepared properly before cooking. The taste of the food was not average. The food was a very big disappointment.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the sauna, pool and hot tub, although the pool was very cold. It was very clean and quiet. I've stayed here several times and love how the hotel is connected to the airport, it makes traveling very smooth.

As a native from Pittsburgh we were very disappointed in our stay. It is a shame that this may be many people's first opinion of such a great city with many great hotels, restaurants and entertainment. Unfortunately this is not one of them. We stayed out of convenience, but learned our lesson. A drive or cab are worth it to stay elsewhere.

Came in very late from delayed flight. Easy check in.

I wish every airport had a hotel like this. You just walk to it, no stupid hotel shuttles to wait outside for which take forever. So convenient and an amazing hotel.

We had to be at the airport at 4am for a flight. It was so nice staying here overnight and knowing that we were already there. Staff were very friendly. Clean room. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Nice stay for a night, great location for the airport

The convenience of the hotel before an early morning flight is perfect. All was wonderful

The hotel is connected to PIT airport, it's a long walk. The lobby was recently redecorated and has an air of class. Rooms are at the Hyatt standard, and generally well-kept. Rates are on the high side for what you get, but you're paying for the location. The only thing wrong in my room was that the office-style work chair was old and broken, but I didn't have a hour to screw around with someone coming up, looking at it, and eventually getting me another one.

Great beds. Very Quiet. Even the AC or heat was not heard. So convenient to catch your plane. Will definitely use whenever the need arises

The hotel was very convenient to the Pittsburgh airport for our early morning flight out. We were able to return our car early and just get ready in the morning and head to the gate.

We stay her for every flight out of PIT and have always had a wonderful experience!
