I paid way to much for my room 269. With breakfast and just so we could see the planes taking off . There wasn't a normal blanket in the room and when you lifted up the what I thought was a blanket you could see like brown stuff in it the and it was tucked in to a sheet type thing. The breakfast was wonderful . And downstairs lobby and restaurant was wonderful. Oh yes and there was not even a fridge in my room there were two sitting in the hallway and for 269 not worth it all. Pool had hair and fuzz in it and the hot tub looked like rusty black stuff on the bottom the plains and breakfast was the best

Friends recommended staying there night before early flight from Pittsburgh airport. Convenient and certainly made early departure a breeze. Restaurant was extremely busy and service was slow but I do not think they had sufficient staff available. Aside from that food was excellent and staff although rushed extremely pleasant and certainly doing their best. I will never hesitate to stay there again.

It's Convenient to the airport and has a nice bar and dining room with good appetizers Beds are comfortable and bathroom is clean.

Comfortable room. I chose to stay here when my flight was scheduled to arrive at midnight. I wanted to get a good night's sleep right away. Courteous staff when I checked in. The only complaint I have is that other room doors shut very loudly. If there is a way to silence the doors...

We had a Great experience! great price for the convenience. Would stay again for sure.

hotel is nice. it is set up weird though-changing elevators to check in, get bags up, etc. There was no luggage carts or bell men. Room was nice, although shower tile was in bad need of replacement or regrouting.Staff was

I had an early flight out and the strobe light fire alarm went off (no sound) at 1:30am. I said something to the front desk and he was extremely rude and told me it wasn't a big deal there was no fire.

You walk out of the airport and take the walking escalators directly to the hotel. The rooms are old, but relatively clean. I would not walk barefoot on the carpet. I had an awful time sleeping in the bed. I scratched all night for fear of bed bugs. I was disappointed the second night to see the sheets weren't changed. There was a stain on my sheet that may have subconsciously affected my sleep. The fabric chair in the room was very old & dingy. The refrigerator was so loud which contributed to my lack of sleep. The air conditioning is and old wall unit that is controlled by the thermostat on the wall. We ate in the restaurant located downstairs in the hotel. I asked for the Ahi Tuna and salad. I had to send the Ahi back because it wasn't fresh. The salad was just ok. The Crème Brulee' was also a little disappointing. I understand this hotel may get a lot of business just because of its location. The Hyatt name should mean enough to try to bring the rooms up to a better standard. I was disappointed due to the price, but it was convenient.

The main room was ok the garbage can didn't have a bag in it and the shower had hair all over in it. I honestly won't be back.

Just take the skyway attached to the airport! Staff treat you like royalty. Rooms are cozy and bed is so comfortable.

Quick in and out. Very convenient hotel. Clean with nice amenities. Parking is extra as it is part of airport otherwise not bad.

You have to pay each time you leave the parking lot behind the hotel.

I booked here because I was on a long road trip and I didn't pack a coat. You can walk in an enclosed walkway from the airport to the hotel. In hindsight, I should have spent the extra money purchasing a good coat. There are several hotel brands nearby offering the same level of accommodation at a better price. With that said, I want to compliment the staff in the restaurant during breakfast. They were by far the friendliest staff members that I encountered during my visit at the property offering the highest levels of customer service.

I was staying because it was attached to the aiport and my only complaint is that channel 11 wasn't actually on channel 11 on the guide. My flight got cancelled and I had to wait for the weather to clear. Breakfast was good.

The room and staff was great. The restaurant was quite substandard and overpriced. The green beans were not prepared properly before cooking. The taste of the food was not average. The food was a very big disappointment.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the sauna, pool and hot tub, although the pool was very cold. It was very clean and quiet. I've stayed here several times and love how the hotel is connected to the airport, it makes traveling very smooth.

As a native from Pittsburgh we were very disappointed in our stay. It is a shame that this may be many people's first opinion of such a great city with many great hotels, restaurants and entertainment. Unfortunately this is not one of them. We stayed out of convenience, but learned our lesson. A drive or cab are worth it to stay elsewhere.

Came in very late from delayed flight. Easy check in.

I wish every airport had a hotel like this. You just walk to it, no stupid hotel shuttles to wait outside for which take forever. So convenient and an amazing hotel.

We had to be at the airport at 4am for a flight. It was so nice staying here overnight and knowing that we were already there. Staff were very friendly. Clean room. I would highly recommend to anyone.
