I would like a refund. The entire place was insanitary I even took pictures. Even the management office had an unclean odor, The cleanng lady looked unkept and one ofvp the guest fell on the ground as he Appeared to have been under the influence of something/drunk. The cleaning lady helped him up. The doors to the rooms were all dirty and the curtains were dingy looking. I refused to stay and requested a refund but wasxrefused. I asled tonspeakntpbthe manager who denied my refund bit she refused to speak with me, it was very humiliating experience

Was very dirty stains all over the carpet, heater did not work, tv would wouldn’t shut off . Towels were dirty and tub was disgusting. Nothing clean but the bed sheets. If you are a single lady alone do not stay here was not a safe environment. Woke in the middle of the night and seen cockroaches. Had to throw my overnight bag away. Horrible smell the whole place stinks and dirty inside and outside. This is the first bad review I have ever given but wanted to warn Anyone thinking of staying here. Pictures of the rooms and place must be very very old.

One lamp in the room worked. There was an electric heater in the room because the baseboard heater didnt work. It smelled like stale cigerattes in the room along with the curtains and bedding. We never received our deposit back because they said we smoked cigerattes in the room and we did not and do not smoke. We only use vapes.

Never again going low budget
No hot water in the morning, even after letting shower run 10 minutes. The heat was on of those little oil filled radiator style heater plugged in to an extension cord in one corner of the room. Not vey safe.

The worst hotel in the Pittsburgh metro area
This was the absolute worst hotel in Pittsburgh. Nothing works, everything is janky and broken. No heat, no locks, no hot water in sink, no WiFi and tv system is garbage. Can’t control volume or power. No power access for usb devices or a cPap machine. The whole property is in abysmal shape. The front desk lady was nice enough though. I’ll never stay here again. Owner should be ashamed.
