The staff was extremely helpful, the room was very clean and the shower was amazing! The valet parking was simple and the hotel was only a 15 minute walk from our destination so it made things so much easier. Didn't visit the roof top bar but the bar located inside the hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing. Drinks are a bit pricey but worth it to not have to leave the hotel.

The room was fine, small but clean and had everything we needed. The valet staff were really nice. The hotel staff were fine. There were no restaurants open. The bar did not have a cocktail menu or any craft beer. I am fairly certain the Brick restaurant is closed despite the website information. In general, the hotel sounds much nicer on the website than it is in real life. It is mostly a generic hotel with few services. The area around the hotel is very walkable and there are restaurants nearby.

When we first saw the property, we thought that we had made a mistake. But that quickly changed when we walked inside and when we got to our room. The building was built in 1868 and it was very unique. (In a good way) the room was smaller than many I have stayed in but it was laid out and decorated in a very nice way and was extremely comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly and professional. I would definitely stay there again.

The room needed cleaning. The headboard and the nightstand was not wiped down and sanitized. Had spills and stains all over nightstand. The headboard had smudges on it not really sure what it was, but it needed wiping so I had to wipe those areas and sanitize all of the areas in the room. The beds were broken when I sat on my bed. The bed fell down. The bed rails were sticking out to where if I had hit my leg or foot on the rail, it could cause a serious injury maintenance needs to fix and replace the rails. Did he work but it took a few hours for the room to warm. Other than that good location and all other amenities were cool around the hotel. Staff was friendly.

Staff was robotic, I still have not received my $70 deposit for "Incidentals" and I was forced to wait for the front desk clerk at 5am in the morning to check out. She did not return and I had a flight to catch. I was in a room on the street side and could not get any sleep due to the cars riding up and down the street. $30 valet parking also. Hilarious! I WILL NOT BE BACK!
