Our first night at the property, the room was very warm since the weather was in the 70s during the day. We decided to turn on the air conditioning before going to bed. The windows in the unit were not allowed to be opened and there were not any fans in the room. Prior to our stay, we were never told that we should not turn the air conditioning on at any time before the end of May. After turning on the air conditioning, we received an email stating that we are not to turn on the air conditioning until May and that “Maintenance will be visiting you to turn your system off at the breaker to ensure the system is completely off.” They told us if it’s warm, we needed to open the windows. When I stated that the windows specifically say “do not open”, they said they would drop off a fan. You have to jump through hoops to even stay at the rental. This place is not worth the hassle.
Central location was great.
My family appreciated how close this was to downtown, just a walk away from Starbucks and other places to dine. We loved having the option of being able to cook. Very convenient that cookware, utensils, and other dishes were available to use. We would gladly stay here again. Hoping for a view of the cityscape next time.
