The room was large and clean. However, the coffee maker didn't work right (fixed after complaint) and most importantly, the water pressure was insufficient for the shower head (not fixed), the shower head old. On the second day, our room wasn't made up yet at 4:30pm, and when we complained, the staff responded unprofessionally. They badly need training. Management should stay in its own rooms from time to time, so things get fixed. And it would be good if a manager were around when customers ask to speak to them. Finally, we paid $32 for valet parking per night, and during the last night, the car was just parked on the street. The hotel charges 4-star prices for a 1star experience. We left very unhappy.
