The hotel is a little hard to find. The internet was out, so all their computers did not work. My first room was clean and nice, however the AC did not work. So they moved me to another room. Since the internet was out, I had to pay cash for dinner, no problem. And during the night, the front desk gave my room to someone else, not knowing that I was in it. That woke me up and it was a little difficult getting back to sleep. So overall it was not my most pleasant stay in a hotel. I must say that the staff was nice and accommodating.

If you're looking for an inexpensive stay with good, kind staff - this is an ok place close to the airport. Staff let us check in early and stay late because my elderly mother was with me and I had a couple conference calls to attend to. The hotel itself is a little tired, dirty, and in need of a serious update and maintenance. The ice maker on our floor had its catchbucket caved in and it didn't work. The grout in our bathroom was peeling and moldy. Our desk lamp didn't have a lightbulb. There was trash under the air conditioning unit (obviously no one had gotten under there in a long time)... and, the piece de resistance, we had multiple stink bugs on the window AND a centipede crawled across my mom's bed. Staff was competent, though, and as I said, the price was right.

Good location, rooms could use some soundproofing, but nothing out of the ordinary for a hotel room.

We stayed here a number of times when it was a Four Points by Sheraton and loved the Hotel. The hotel is nice especially for the price but the staff that we met were not professional and were not dressed appropriately for this type of hotel. My wife said she would not feel comfortable staying here by herself. Sadly the occupancy was extremely low and we were the only customers in the restaurant (food was very good). We will give it another chance. It is nice for the price and you can leave your car for free.

Coming from Pittsburgh, take the exit past the hotel and go back. It was confusing finding my way there after it was dark.

Great staff, room and location! Close to Robinson Mall and Ohio where my boyfriend lives. All around great hotel. Room was clean and bed was super comfy!

Staff gave my boss's room away becuase he arrived late. I had to kill two bugs in the room. The heating A/C was veryu loud. And the food for breakfast was terrible and late.

Hotel is convenient and close to airport. My room was large and it was quiet. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel close to airport. Room was spacious and comfortable (single King). Parking was convenient and free. Staff was friendly and prompt ( the room next to me had an alarm that went off for over 5 mins at 6am Saturday. I called down, Turns out no one was there and staff came to turn off promptly). Wifi not as dependable though.

The Hotel Shuttle bus driver was standing at the counter offering assistance as soon as we checked in. He was very friendly and stated that he would be there to provide transportation to the airport for us. The showers worked perfectly, didn't have to wait several minutes for the water to warm up; hot water was available upon demand with just the slightest movement of the turn knob. Towels were in abundance that quickly absorbed the water from the body without much effort. Some hotel bathroom towels just do not cut it and absorb wetness from the body very well. Didn't hear the air conditioner or other outside noises when I went to sleep. I only slept for about 2 or 3 hours because we had a problem renting a taxi from the other hotel where we were staying and that set us back. However because the bed had just the right amount of firmness, and the bed sheets and covers were crisp, cool and comfortable, I was able to convert a 3 hour nap to about a 6 hour sleep in just because all of the conditions were perfect for a Good Nights Sleep. Thanks Wyndham Garden Pittsburg Airport Hotel. It was one of the best stays that I have had in a Hotel in a while, and the best part about it, the stay was free, (Room was free with the purchase of the airline ticket).

Asked for a wake up call but never happened; made me one hour late.

There are plenty of better hotels in the same price range in that area. Staff was rude. They didn't have a room for me when I checked in (at 10:00 pm.) Had to wait to get to bed after a long day of flying !! Room smelled. Coffee maker had used coffee in it.

This hotel is located in an industrial park. Its convenient to the airport, but that's about it. Its an older hotel that's been refurbished, but not very well, "lipstick on a pig". The prior guest in my room enjoyed coffee in the bathroom and spilled some on the tub, it was still there for my viewing pleasure. In the morning, there was no coffee left in the lobby, I was told to go in the restaurant. The coffee in that dispenser was cold. One of the two elevators was inoperable. Nothing in walking distance.

Arrive at airport 10:45pm, call hotel to see where to wait for shuttle (fyi- door 8, shuttle says wyndham garden) woman gives me info but is short on phone, shuttle picks me up 11:20pm, get to hotel 11:30pm, hungry. Everything (including the hotel bar) is closed. No option for room service to deliver something since the kitchen is closed... ask hotel staff about delivery options, they give me menu for dominos, the only place that is open. Not excited, but still starving. Ask hotel staff about other options, overall pretty unhelpful. Get to my room and find that there is a store (somewhere) open 24hrs with food I can heat in my microwave (no fridge in room). Look for store, staff nowhere to be found, go to vending machine, its out of water. Water! Sigh. Go back to room. Shower- shower is ada accesible, which I can appreciate, but so poorly executed. Shower is elevated up ramp from bathroom, when I turn on the shower the water flows down the ramp and floods the bathroom floor...which doesnt have a drain so I find myself mopping it up with towells so it doesnt soil the carpet outside the bathroom door! The next morning I ask the staff about how to connect with the highway for the trip I was about to make, again they were completely unhelpful and didnt offer me much in the way of directions. Then i went in to get the included breakfast at 9:50am and they had already cleared it and closed the restaurant! Overall very disappointed that a hotel by the airport was so unprepared for people coming from afar. The room seemed pretty clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable but other than that...unimpressed. I NEVER write reviews but it needed to happen. I will not be recommending to friends or family.

Hotel is falling apart. Will never go back. Ghetto front office.

It was a very dark Rainy night. The hotel was in a nice but desolate industrial district. The hotel was fine, the room was very nice. And the travel in the daylight was much better. The hotel seemed full of construction workers, and that was okay too, however noisy @ 5:00 am when they were leaving for work.

Unplanned stay as a result of missing our flight Great accommodations saved our trip.

out of the way hotel

The hotel is a little hard to find. The internet was out, so all their computers did not work. My first room was clean and nice, however the AC did not work. So they moved me to another room. convenient & the price is right; staff is nice

nice for the price

Great staff, room and location! Close to Robinson Mall and Ohio where my boyfriend lives. All around great hotel. Room was clean and bed was super comfy!
