Not a place I’d stay unless I was grounded over evening due to canceled flights. Not up to Marriott’s typical standards. I travel every other week and usually stay at Marriott.

My wake-up call never happened so had I not set up my own alarm I would miss my flight and the other thing is it's impossible to get anybody to answer the phone other than that it was a decent experience

Clean comfortable room. Friendly staff. Convenient to the terminal. Good dinner.

Overall my stay was fine however sometimes it’s the little things that count. The elevator buttons and plates around the buttons (both inside the elevator and to call the elevator) have not been cleaned or replaced since the hotel opened. Quite old and in need of replacement, and other areas of the hotel look just as old and non-cleaned/maintained. Update and keep the small things maintained and it could be a nice place.

My husband and I were very pleased with the hotel. The staff was friendly and the accommodations were well maintained and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the food in the restaurant

It was the return from Thanksgiving weekend. I chose this Hotel because I knew I needed to easily get to PHL easily and as early as possible. Also I have stayed here before and I really liked it. Well this time was different. I asked for a 3 AM wake-up call when I checked-in. I needed to be in the airport by 4:15. Your associate forgot to program the call. Fortunately I awoke on my own to anticipate the call--I got up before 3 AM!. The desk clerk was snippy when asked about the call. I had to demand the receipt I requested at check out. Then the young shuttle driver was late for work! There was no backup. . The desk clerk said nothing about when the driver would arrive. The 4 am shuttle didn't leave until 4:15. A few people were beginning to panic because now it was too late for us to walk. Some people couldn't walk that far. So one staff member was polite but forgot to do something that was important;. one staff member has a snippy attitude in dealing with your clients and has to be persuaded to give normal service even when people speak to her politely; and a third staff member who performs a critical function is late to work! All this in one night's booking!

A convenient option for a quick overnight! If one lands in a different terminal, one should be prepared to walk a bit.

Quite, clean and comfortable. The gym was nice and the staff were very helpful.

I love staying here the night before an early flight,. So relaxing and quiet.

This hotel was so convenient and comfortable! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

If you're someone like me who can't be bothered with shuttle rides after a long flight then this hotel is for you. The fact that this hotel is connected to the airport makes it worth every penny. In addition to the convenience, the staff was all extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I though the tiled walk-in shower was a nice plus too.

I absolutely love this airport hotel. No shuttle necessary for your early a.m. flight. Just take the elevator to the second floor and use the bridge to Terminal B & C. You hit security right away, so if your boarding pass is already printed, you can begin the security process in 10 minutes from when you checked out. Everything else about the hotel is typical of Marriott's consistently reliable comfort and cleanliness. I have already recommended this hotel to my colleagues.

Nice hotel when traveling in and out of Philadelphia for business travelers.

I thought staying right next to the airport would be easy and convenient. It wasn't. The hotel is located on the arrivals deck so getting to departures is tough. We also booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. They tried to give us a room with 1 bed. After I complained that I reserved a room for 4 people, they gave us a room with a fold out love seat as a fix. The foldout lover seat didn't fit next to the bed and we ended up having to rearrange the furniture just to get it to fit. Oh yeah WiFi is additional money per day. Extra. No breakfast or coffee in the morning. The econolodge 1mile away offered more ammendities than this place. Won't be using it again.

Everything was just fine. Nice hotel, near airport and car rental, dinning onsite.

The valet was very helpful about watching our car in front of the hotel while we were checking-in. And provided us with great information to bring our car to the long term parking.

Bellman helped with all bags to room and then brought them all to the terminal for me. Made it easy for a big trip. Rooms and staff are nice. Parking is nice and close! Only improvement would be free wifi. This should be standard in all hotels these days to attract business travelers.

Excellent customer service. Very convenient location. You can walk to the terminal easily and catch flights

Nothing but awesome! We would definitely go back here - right next to the airport - great restaurant - room was perfect for our family - would recommend this place to anyone!

Right off the Interstate and adjacent to the airport suburban train line, the Marriott is a very convenient and comfortable place from which to do Philly. As seniors, we rode the train to Center City for $1, Breakfast is overpriced and there is a charge for the internet, but everything else is fine. We dined in the restaurant one time when we stayed there and it was excellent, but with the City so close, it's more fun to eat in town when you can.
