I enjoyed my stay. Very clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Only problem I had was parking was way too expensive. It was $25 a night.

The room was very cold the air conditioner would not shut off and the heat only worked when the tempature would be below 50 degrees

I arrived at the parking garage at 6:45pm on Friday evening. Somehow when I put my ticket into the second gate the machine shut down. I called the hotel for 20 minutes with no answer. I couldn’t move my car thru the gate or back up. I was stuck. So I finnally walk into the hotel after abandoning my car. I was surprised that the staff acted as if they didn’t understand the problem. They offered very little help. Then I was able to locate a garage worker who allowed my to leave my car and check in while he tried to repair the machine. It was 745pm before I was able to check in. A whole hour wasted along with a missed appointment. After I checked in I was able to get back to my car and get it through the gate. But my ticket was stuck in the machine. So the garage wanted me to pay a full parking fair for their issue. After about 20 minutes of arguing with the garage personal and hotel staff they finally agreed to comp my parking. The hotel was nice but this ruined my whole trip. I’m disappointed in Marriott for this whole experience.

I love how friendly and accommodating all the staff are

Nothin unique about the property. You only have the option at eating in the hotel or going into Philadelphia. You can't gain access to the eateries in the airport and you need a car to get anywhere else. Only stay here if you are waiting to get on a plane.

Close proximity to Phila airport; easy to drop rental car and shuttle to and from these locations

Liked being right at the airport. No shuttle needed.

At check in(11pm), they told me they were sold out and would not honor my reservation for a king bed. When i complained and said whet is the point of a reservation, if they don't save the room for me, they tried to claim the reservations are not specific to bed size. I pulled up the Orbitz confirmation, and they tried to blame the mistake on "3rd party vender." I continued to say it was bs and i was not accepting it, that they should be embarassed for the screw up. They were smerking the whole time like it was a joke to them. Finally, one of them majically freed up larger king room. So they had been lying to me the whole time! They just didn't want to upgrade me to correct their mistake...rediculous, especially at 11pm. Did they think they were going to sell that larger room at midnight?! Very bad impression!

Loved the proximity to the airport for early morning travel. Staff was extremely helpful & pleasant. Price was reasonable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean.

Best hotel convenient to airport beds are the best!

I did not expect such hotell will change me for car parking 24$ per day!!! No water in the room.. :((

Clean and beds are comfortable and access to airport excellent

The person who checked me in and out was excellent. She made it pleasant at midnight and at 7:00 a.m.
