The 2 things that were excellent were the food at the sole restaurant in the very large hotel. Need an actual Starbucks with the options they provide vs only Starbucks coffee. The second excellent thing was our bellhop/shuttle blend person Marvin. He was very personable, efficient, and respectful. The gentleman who checked us into the hotel may as well have been a robot! His speech was monotone, fast, and left little room to pays

Best Hotel at Philadelphia Airport

The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was too weak to properly rinse shampoo from long hair. The service and food at the restaurant were suburb.

Beautiful hotel and room. Expectedly pricey, but it’s an airport hotel. Those are always higher end and higher dollar. Restaurant food is above average. Bar is exceptional. Hotel service is pampering and wonderful. with that said, You get what you pay for.

It is convenient to spend the night at the airport Marriott after a long flight and waiting for another long flight the next day. The restaurant, however, is very expensive when one considers what is on the menu and the mediocre quality of the choices offered.
