The hotel was very intimate and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay

The view was terrific!

We chose this property because of its location. It is smack in the middle of the city, 5 minutes walk to reading terminal and other places to eat outside. The property itself is clean, we felt safe, our room was small but clean. There is a side entrance for guest and it was convenient. The only downside was we had a conjoining room and our neighbors were very noisy. We could hear word for word what they were saying as if they were in our room. Other than that, lovely stay.

Staff was encouraging of disregarding all Covid-19 regulations, and allowing guests to not wear face masks on site.

Nice atmosphere and rooms are nice. Would love to stay again

Very modern, clean, nice beds , bar , food , all great

Cheap, bare bones option Close to City Hall and Reading Market, with clean room and bath. Friendly reception allowed for one-hour early check-in on a Sunday. Late check out was not possible by manager on a Monday.

The hotel lobby is beautiful with stunning big windows. I didn’t like that when we asked for things we had to come down instead of someone bringing it to our room. As a courtesy that would of been nice top service.

Beautiful lobby, everything was very attractive. We were given a room with an accessible bathroom, although not needed. The only problem was it could use a bigger bath mat as water from the shower flowed onto the floor quite a bit. I also found that the towels were a bit shabby. And the complimentary tea selection in the room was not a selection at all. 1 chamomille tea bag, and never restocked in our 3 days.

I like the city setup.I really liked the urban setup

This hotel is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is within walk distance.

we had a nice room, within walking distance from a lot. + free popcorn and pool!

beautiful hotel enjoyed our stay great location loved the decor

Great space, beautiful. Oddly, the room cleaning folks didn't take the dirty glassware or other trash out, but did do a fine job with the cleaning.
