Will not stay here again. In making my reservation, there was no disclosure that the lobby was being renovated, and, as a result, we had no idea that there would not be access to a restaurant or the advertised outdoor bar area. Also, the air conditioning in our room (1307) sounded like a train was right next door whenever the fan was running. Really disappointed!

Picture of front fake - Not good

The hotel is not at all what it looks like in the picture. That is not the entrance. The lobby was non existent (supposedly under renovation but I was told it had been 3 years) you walk in it is a table with a computer on it stool for the staff chair. Don't imagine you can get help with your bags. There is one guy who is moving/getting cars in/out parking lot as minimal room out front for multiple cars to unload. The printer doesn't work so don't even ask. It was dark narrow congested from lobby to elevators to hall ways. The staff tries their best based on what they are given. That is the best way of describing it. It all looks run down. The carpeting in halls and rooms worn and look dirty. Beds were clean. Bath looked clean. Minimal amenities. TV did not work initially they did fix it. Shades couldn't move so open all night with ambient outside light. One positive - good location. They should put a notice on their site saying under renovation and discount prices accordingly. I have stayed in other Alofts that were beautiful and nice. This one is a not and I would not recommend.

The hotel was at works, the lobby was gone, so was the breakfast, which acording to Expedia was INCLUDED. The staff was helpfull, I can´t say anything negative about them. But I paid too much for a hotel at works, and the breakfast was INCLUDED at the website of Expedia and still appeared as such at the app when I cheked in. I mentioned it, but I didn´t protest much for there was no lobby of lounge to have the breakfast in.

Lack of communication

When I arrived the lobby was closed for construction so check in was at a small entrance downstairs. I chose this hotel because of the restaurant/bars and they were closed because of the construction. I wasn’t told anything about this when I booked it 4 days earlier so I would like my money back.
