The TV was one of the largest we've had in hotels, though navigating the technology was a bit difficult. The room had been recently updated, so was fresh and smelled new.. Everything about the hotel proper was excellent. However, parking garage is a nightmare with vertical columns everywhere in the way of navigation.

Hotel is next to the Unniversity of Pennsylvania campus. Very convenient if you are going to the school for whatever reason. Also near Drexel. Property is being totally renovated. Rooms are all redone. Still need to finish the reception and dining room/bar. Highly recommend. Staff is excellent.

The staff is very friendly and professional, and the location is great for events at UPenn. The room and facilities overall could have been a bit cleaner and more organized when I first arrived, but it wasn’t anything major. There was also some distracting construction noise in the mornings, but I’m sure that’s temporary.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel posted a notice that an emergency fire alarm would be going off at 10am. We were awoken by this alarm at 7:30 am and it went off intermittently for the next 2 hours. This is not the fault of staff but of a hotel that takes its guests for granted.
