Very beautiful and clean hotel ! Staff was friendly and helpful, valet parking was full but we found $10 overnight parking directly across the street. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel had an outage with their wifi so it took a while to check in. When I finally got my room, the room was dirty! It wasn’t cleaned at all from previous guests. I was very turned off by my arrival and really didn’t want to stay, but had nowhere else to go at the time. We got another room but I’m still not sure the hotel in general was worth the stay.
Not enough parking to accommodate all the guest, the water temp kept going cold, and they made me wait 45 mins to check in after I called several hrs prior to inform them that my arrival would be very late.
they had a lot of towels with old blood and other sex items
Pool was closed
It was so gross I was afraid of getting bedbugs. The carpet and bedspread were very old and worn out. The halls and rooms smelled terrible.
