I PAID for my room via Hotels.com, when I checked in they required my credit card to run the room charge, she couldn't tell me why I had to pay it, said it would drop off my card. I was not told it was a deposit for charges to the room, but that it was a room fee. I also had to pay A DOUBLE DIGIT number for parking, that was not disclosed anywhere either. My recommendation, go across the street to the Sheridan.

Overall, my hotel stay was ok but the carpets need to be thrown out and replaced or deep cleaned. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming but more attention to detail needs to be made in the housekeeping department. Carpets were sticky and dirty. My roommate found hair in her bed. There were brown marks in the shower that I was really hoping wasn’t dirt. It served its purpose after a canceled flight but more attention needs to be paid in the cleaning dept.

The staff was excellent . The issue that I had was that my room had wallpaper that was coming off the wall and the carpet didn’t seem vacuumed, the pool was not heated, and there were no towels in the pool areaso for what I paid for my stay I just didn’t think it was as luxurious as the picture show. It wasn’t top of the line like I thought it was. It was just average. The location was great because I was right at the airport and my car rental.

Most of my issues were with the front desk staff. The rooms were fine - there was a dead spider flattened into my carpet and another bug flying around, and my first floor windows opened up on the front of the hotel with lots of traffic and people standing around. It wasn't terrible, but I'll look elsewhere next time I'm in Philly.

Nice hotel. Parking is expensive, but it was right at the hotel. Checking in and getting to the elevator/room from the parking lot was easy. Clean and well maintained. Room temperature was perfect and it was quiet, good sleeping.

Have stayed at this location several time. The facility is clean and in good shape. I wish that hotels would at least provide clean towels every day of you stay without having to ask. It would be nice that when you ask, they would actually bring you some towels. It would be nice that when you ask, they would at least write your room number down and pretend that they would bring you some towels.
