The personnel were professional, but a little dry. My room was SUPER CLEAN. I did not like my view from room 2725. ONE ELECTRICAL OUTLET IN ROOM -- ONE! I had to plug all of electrical gadgets into just one outlet!!! Even hotels in Japan have more than one outlet. Room service (cleaning) was EXCELLENT! ( name: Apalgy??) was really an excellent person that serviced my room. LACKING ANY SECURE PRESENCE at hotel entrance and inside. This really shocked me! I am from Hawaii and first time in a big city. POOL WAS CLOSED.

I know we are digging out of the pandemic, but the staff at this property did not make me feel welcomed or was interested in my business. I simply “existed” here. Some of this is typical about the people of Philadelphia, so this is not a surprise, but just some friendly advice, if they want to gain and retain business, the staff will need to up its game in the customer service department. I won’t stay at this property anymore because of this.

Great room with a fantastic view

The location was good and the lobby bar and restaurant were good, but understaffed in the evening. Room was fine, but carpet had stains and the air system was loud and clicking. We could not get our room cleaned during the stay due to short staffing and that was disappointing and inconvenient.

Great property, perfect stay.

It was convenently located in Center City. The room was beautiful.

The sheets hadn’t been changed before we got there. Hotel staff apologized and had someone come and change them. The building itself is beautiful and nicely restored. Good location.

Overall stay was great! Staff was friendly and helpful

Everything was fine 🙂 I really enjoyed myself second time there.

Staff was friendly. Cleaning crew didn’t come around often. But amenities were great. Bathroom lighting was great and so was the view.

Clean and quiet. Very walkable ares and right next to a Septa stop.

No bell hops. No food and beverage open. No coffee in room. They have the nerve to charge $45 per night to park your car. Room is very nice, but come on !

Room was nice. View gorgeous! Wasn't a fan of the $55 parking fee.

Clean, comfortable, good food. But hot water in shower took a while to get hot.
