What can I say? Everything so far has been AMAZING! Check in with. Dastan S Was awesome. He was polite and engaging! We went up to our beautiful room and the housekeeping attendant introduced herself and asked if we needed anything! Unbelievable! We had drinks at the bar, the bartender was so friendly ! in the hotel elevator we met a worker who spoke to us about our stay. You are doing EVERYTHING RIGHT! Keep up the good work. First time at your hotel, the BEST!

I paid for a king bed was put into a room with a single bed because I could not check in at 6pm!!!!! Check in was at 4pm. How could room I paid for was not ready and then they put me in a horrible room on my birthday!!!!!!

This is my favorite hotel in Philadelphia, hands down. Wonderful aesthetics, convenient to so many things, and a staff that's always a pleasure to interact with. As long as it's there, this will be my hotel
