Long story short, I enjoyed my stay but if I would’ve known that they were in the middle of renovating I wouldn’t have booked a room. Of course it’s the ideal location but they need to step it up considering rooms start at $200 a night. WARNING: Loews charges $100 deposit but the return takes 5 business day 😒

Room was extremely hot, had to leave door open and turn off the air.

Great place. The quiet floor/rooms were perfect. Brunch excellent. Staff wonderful.

The ONLY reason we got this hotel was for the pool and pool not in service. Front desk manager snippy and did not follow through on commitment.

Gree at overnight stay in the city. Close to everything!

Room was clean, bathroom not so much. We were in room 2220 it was noisy with both outside noise and elevator noise. Deluxe Queen room was big and bed was comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was expensive $59 per day. Great location, walked to City Hall and Reading Terminal Market was across the street.

Clean, updated rooms with a modern flare. Bathrooms are very clean and newly renovated. Great water pressure. Beds are super comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They even have a text message service you can use if you need anything. The onsite restaurant is delicious. Love this hotel. Will definitely be back.

I've stayed here a number of times, and it is my preferred hotel in Philadelphia. Rooms are comfortable, location is great, and staff is fantastic. It is surprisingly reasonable--better than any other, less comfortable hotels nearby. The fitness center and pool are nice. There's hot cider in the lobby in the afternoons--quite welcome in the cold weather we experienced. The service by which you can text requests to the front desk was great--I could make a request while I was out on the town and it was done when I returned.

Great clean hotel. Couldn't ask for a better view from the room and the amazing service provided by the employees.

Check in was easy and quick. Bar and bourbon restaurant is very overpriced and slowwww service. Room was comfy but wasnt cleaned on 2nd day..next day housekeeping didnt replace dirty glasses...they didnt change sheets....didnt clean bathroom...valet parking took forever to get our car at checkout...45 minutes?? Gym was big and had lots of equipment..carpet is outdated...sauna was broken...so definitely some updates need to happen...and on last day when I received my final bill, hotel charged me for 1 day of parking...however I had free parking included in my rate..i had to spend 15 minutes talking with front desk but they took it off bill...you can text loews when you need towels etc..Ashley was a little rude when I asked about towels and why my room wasnt cleaned...

Rooms need a little TLC, maintenance. Minor inconveniences. Room doors slam shut. Late arriving guests are heard. Hotel staff were awesome and made up for any other hotel deficiencies.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms need a makeover as they look really worn, dusty and not very clean. The hotel is overpriced for what you get: the spa was closed, steamroom out of order and sauna just a small dark room. Lobby was great with good restaurant, bar and coffee place.

Very good location downtown, close to historical sights and convention center. Clean, good service, would definitely go back.

Over rated hotel. Lousy bed, unfriendly staff (registration), poor room arrangement (ex: tv on the side of the bed), weak airconditioner

Well located in downtown Philadelphia, convenient to the convention center, however this hotel is showing it’s age.The staff was excellent, restaurant top notch, workout facilities adequate but also in need of an update.

Hotel staff very accommodating to my Frenchie. 10th floor reserved for guests with dogs for a very reasonable flat rate regardless of nights. Excellent location and staff very friendly and helpful.

I would have given this hotel 5 except that our a.c. didn't work. The staff however were amazing and put a credit in for 50% off. The made the room so romantic as it was my boyfriend's big birthday. I cannot wait to stay here hai

Clean room. Great customer service. Excellent location

Great place! Clean and modern. Staff nice and helpful.

Romantic retreat, I enjoyed staying there with my wife

Thank you for selecting the Loews Philadelphia Hotel for your recent visit to Philadelphia and for taking the time to provide us with feedback. Our pool, which is located on the fifth floor of the hotel, experienced a leak and this repair appeared to be one that did not allow us a temporary work around. I apologize that you were not aware of this before your arrival and for the experience you encountered with our Front Office team. Please know that this does not meet up to our standard and I will work with our Front Office team to ensure that this doesn't happen again in the future. Again, thank you for your review and I hope that you will afford us with another opportunity and visit us again.
