Everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The room was big, clean, and ready for me when I arrived.

I loved this property. Beautiful views. Amazing location. Staff was top notch.

Center city. Good views from upper floors. Valet parking staff was great.

The location was in the middle of everything I needed to do in Philadelphia, and the staff was very friendly. My room was very clean, and there was not much noise.

The service was impeccable. The room was beautiful

if it's striving for "avant garde," or some kind of classic throw-back, that works, but you've got to work hard to make it real and believable, not just worn-out and tired. It's a fine line that this place it straddling.

The hotel is wonderfully located for walking around city center Philadelphia. We met family there, and because their reservation was for a premium floor, our room was upgraded to the same premium floor, and a delicious breakfast buffet was included in the upgrade. We were in Philadelphia to sightsee. We skipped the fantastic Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Penn Museum because we didn't have time to do them justice. We did get to Independence Hall, the Pennsylvania Academy, the Masonic Temple, the Museum of the American Revolution, and the Independence Seaport Museum. We also got to revisit Knock Restaurant, a favorite place from previous stays in Philadelphia. We made one mistake by going to see the Christmas Village in Macy's. The former Wanamakers is a grand shopping space, but the Christmas Village was a serious mistake for 60 and 70 year olds.

Thank you for your visit. We are sorry you were disappointed in our valet parking rates. We try to stay competitive with similar pricing to other hotels in the city. We appreciate your feedback.
