Romantic retreat, I enjoyed staying there with my wife
5-10 minute walk to Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, shopping and restaurants. The hotel is centrally located, clean and spacious.
Everyone there is so nice, everything is clean and beautiful. The service is amazing!
Friendly staff, clean and inviting hotel with excellent views and nice bar/restaurant. Our room was very comfortable.
Great choice!!! Right in the center of the city and close to all main attractions!!!!
great staff - nice new restaurant (remodeled) - easy to check in - nice gym
We had an excellent stay at this Loew's Hotel in downtown Philadelphia. It was very centrally located near the race. Our room was very comfortable and large. The Bank & Bourbon bar was a bonus. Very lively place. We would definitely stay here again.
Had a really fantastic short stay here. Center city Philadelphia is the place to be and Loews is the place to stay !!!
Attentive front desk. Good restaurant. Amazing view from the 33rd floor.
We checked in on Sunday afternoon and the room was warm, but we turned the air down to 65 to cool it off while we went and did a little sight seeing. A few hours later, we returned and there was no change in the temp. It was bearable, but it was too hot to sleep, but after anlong day of traveling, we didn't report it. The next morning, we went first thing down to the desk where we were told that the AC would be serviced. We returned to a fan in our room. No note, just a fan. We called down to see what the situation was, but werent told what happened and werent offered another room. So, I asked for another fan. It was tolerable to sleep the next night. On our way out, the cleaning lady and parking attendant apologized for the heat which we appreciated
The hotel is beautiful with very friendly staff. Good location. Reasonably priced.
Over all the hotel was nice and things were good. We would be given this a 5 star except that we requested a non smoking room. Both of us have allergic type reactions to cigarets. Both of us left completely stopped up and all of our things smelled of cigaret smoke after only a one night stay. So that was really disappointing.
Great location. Most sites are within easy walking distance from this hotel. Rooms and corridors are modern decor - black, white and red motif. Staff are held up but seem a bit abrupt - except the doormen who all seemed pleasant.
Windy and rainy day.. Planned to eat in at attractive restaurant, but was denied due to a VERY loud convention group who apparently rented the whole lobby and restaurant. Other than the extremely loud niose level the facilities are very nice especially for the price and location.
Great location in the center of the city. Must go to the Reading Terminal Market down the street. The room service server was amazing. Found a hair in the fruit we ordered for breakfast. Found hair in the clean towels, the bed was rather uncomfortable. Not sure if we would stay there again.
Traveled to Philly with my daughter for a concert in the downtown area. Wanted to stay in a nice hotel that would not only be close to the venue but would also allow us to enjoy the city...And this was definitely it. Located right near city hall in the heart of the city. Stayed on the 21st floor so there were spectacular views from our room. Every staff member we encountered represented the class and prestige of the hotel to the maximum. The hotel bar and restaurant had excellent food and stiff drinks. Not none of those watered down pops that other hotels try to pass along as mixed drinks. The place was clean all around, new/updated furnishings in the room and the bed and linens were super comfortable. There is a nice Hard Rock directly across the street. There are Uber drivers all over. Rode in 3 during our trip and never waiting more than 3 to 4 mins. So glad I selected to stay at Loews. Old school type luxury in the heart of the city with a splash of modern style. Literally the only complaint is there wasn't a vent in the bathroom. Seriously, that is my only complaint. ..if that's what you would call it.
Hotel was nice and close to everything. My only complaint is that Valet parking was nearly $50 for one night. Besides that everything was fine.
It was a great place to stay, nice staff (very accomodating) and great amenities. The gym was even nice! It is centrally located and easy to get to many areas. Overall great experience here.
Fantastic hotel in the heart of Philly. A beautiful old building with comfortable rooms, amazing gym, and great restaurant bar. Would definitely stay again.
We came to Philadelphia for a special event and wanted to be close enough to walk rather than drive into the city. Loews was perfect! Walked everywhere easily! The staff was exceptional with warm welcomes and professional treatment. The rooms were bright with wonderful views even though we were in a bustling compact city. The lobby and in house restaurant was excellent.
