Location, staff arranged a taxi to take me to the airport, and opportunity to check in early

Very convenient location. Water and morning coffee in lobby are very good. Room had nice clean decor/style. Keurig, microwave and fridge were useful.

The property was great. Great location. However the walls seemed thin.

SUPER FRIENDLY FRONT DESK STAFF!! They gave me a map of tourism places for me to see and suggested what to do first, with the amount of time I had. The included breakfast the next morning is friggen amazing!

Good location and the staff was very friendly. This is my 3rd time in this hotel; was recently renewed.

The location, the staff were exceptional, the rooms were very nice.

Check-in process was smooth; however checking out process took some time as the only person at the desk was helping people with checking in. Maybe a designated check-out spot might be helpful in the future.

Hotel was freezing.. hallways and rooms. Much of the hotel is half renovated. Exercise space could be enlarged and offer more.. 2 treadmills.. 2 elliptical.. one strength machine. Fire alarm disturbed my sleep in middle of the night announcing evacuation followed by indication that alarm was a non emergency.. this went one for 15 minutes. Walls are thin and noise could be heard all night from other rooms.

Stayed there to go to Chinese lantern festival in Franklin Square had a very nice dinner after the festival in the 10th floor lounge/restaurant.

Really happy with my stay here. Friendly staff that let me check in early, which was so nice after a red eye flight from the west coast. My room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was slightly dated, but the towels were clean and the water was hot. One of the best things was the location. The hotel is basically attached to the Reading Terminal Market, tons of yummy food just around the corner. Also only about a 15 minute walk to Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Recommend!

It was an interesting experience with the fact the fire alarm was set off. Other than that, the experience was fantastic as well as the room.

I am very critical of hotels, I don't care to stay in them, the rooms and thought of all the germs does not appear to me but I have got to say I stayed at this hotel for 1 night & couldn't have been more pleased. First of all the staff was fabulous, they were so welcoming & accommodating and made me feel like nothing was a bother, kudos to them all! The hotel itself was very nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were super comfy and the rooms were large. Everything you needed in a room they had. I will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in center City or China Town.

Lukewarm showers (no hot water), toilet problems. Fire alarm at 3:45 am so everyone marches down 7-8-9-10 floors of steps. Alarm screeches for 45 minutes then comes back on a 2nd and a 3rd time. Staff was very nice but building needs some TLC.

Good location. Feels outdated. Could use a face lift.

The customer service was horrabile it had a funny smell or order in the hallway and when u Got On the elevator staff wasn’t that friendly walls are thin u Can hear Everything from the other room next to you blankets were stained worst experience ever!!! Will never stay there again and I don’t recommend anyone else as well

Very loud neighbors slamming doors & blasting music & walls are very thin. You can hear people arguing outside on street at late hours & people praying outside on street with a loud microphone in the morning. Due to the festival taking place that weekend, very likely the loud hotel neighbors could have been people in town for festival. Roomm was in excellent condition. I had the junior suite/king bed/accessible room. room was huge. There's also a roll out couch. Looking to split a room with a group of people? this room will be perfect. Bathroom was a good size as well. Parking is very expensive, especially if you plan on staying more than one night. The parking garage is not own by the hotel but is simply shared with the hotel. It is $37 per night & if you want to leave in & out the hotel, the garage ticket needs to be taken to the front desk so that the staff can validate your ticket so that you won't be charged another rate for the same day. Upon check in, you will be charged an additional $100.00 for incidental, however, that $100 is deposited back into your account upon check out. Check out was yesterday For me & I have not seen the $100 back into my account yet. I'm sure it will be deposited sometime today or tomorrow, if not, I'll make the necessary calls.

Very convenient and close to all the historical sites, within walking distance
