Lukewarm showers (no hot water), toilet problems. Fire alarm at 3:45 am so everyone marches down 7-8-9-10 floors of steps. Alarm screeches for 45 minutes then comes back on a 2nd and a 3rd time. Staff was very nice but building needs some TLC.

Good location. Feels outdated. Could use a face lift.

The customer service was horrabile it had a funny smell or order in the hallway and when u Got On the elevator staff wasn’t that friendly walls are thin u Can hear Everything from the other room next to you blankets were stained worst experience ever!!! Will never stay there again and I don’t recommend anyone else as well

Very loud neighbors slamming doors & blasting music & walls are very thin. You can hear people arguing outside on street at late hours & people praying outside on street with a loud microphone in the morning. Due to the festival taking place that weekend, very likely the loud hotel neighbors could have been people in town for festival. Roomm was in excellent condition. I had the junior suite/king bed/accessible room. room was huge. There's also a roll out couch. Looking to split a room with a group of people? this room will be perfect. Bathroom was a good size as well. Parking is very expensive, especially if you plan on staying more than one night. The parking garage is not own by the hotel but is simply shared with the hotel. It is $37 per night & if you want to leave in & out the hotel, the garage ticket needs to be taken to the front desk so that the staff can validate your ticket so that you won't be charged another rate for the same day. Upon check in, you will be charged an additional $100.00 for incidental, however, that $100 is deposited back into your account upon check out. Check out was yesterday For me & I have not seen the $100 back into my account yet. I'm sure it will be deposited sometime today or tomorrow, if not, I'll make the necessary calls.

Very convenient and close to all the historical sites, within walking distance

Despite the snow & sleet weather outside, the staff were friendly, helpful & welcoming to their hotel. The hot tub & heated pool area was one of my priorities from the cold commute; it was great & the room was well stocked with towels & lounge chairs to relax. The rooms were clean & beds were very comfortable. We included our buffet breakfast with our room. The made to order omelets were awesome. Pastries & muffins we're fresh & delicious . The buffet served a great hot variety & cold cereal, yogurt variety too. The staff at breakfast were attentive to everyone. I noticed that the Staff were particularly helpful to handicapped clients with walkers giving exceptional care . Many people were snow-bound from cancelled flights, the Hilton staff remained very helpful and friendly despite the Blizzard snow nite & day. Overall, we plan another Flower Show trip at the Hilton next year, hopefully minus a blizzard snow storm!

Located in Chinatown, great locations to walk around downtown. Lobby was updated and staff were very nice. Rooms were not that great at least my room wasn't.

Good stay! will come again. Room is clean. Service is nice and considerable.

Terrible wifi and $35 per day parking in a run down Hilton. But location can't be beat and housekeeping staff truly gems.

Room and the whole floor had an odor.. carpets were stained. Pool area was nice. View from the restaurant was very nice. Shame that breakfast was not included and had to pay for it.

The location and the breakfast here were fantastic. I'd spend the few extra dollars at booking for the breakfast if it's an option. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room seemed clean but could use a facelift soon (as could the lobby). The pool was comfortable and seemed clean, but it seems tiny when a few people try to do laps at the same time. The hot tub was almost too hot for me, but it was clean and kept my husband happy. The main entrance to the building is a little sketchy.

The hotel was fine for our purposes. We absolutely loved the location which is very close to the Reading Market. Many of the tourist attractions were within walking distance as well. The local train system was accessible and made it easy to connect with Amtrak station. I hope to visit Philly again in the near future and repeating my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Attended the volleyball weekend to see my niece play. Can't say enough about this hotel. The room was clean, the staff was Awesome. I would highly recommend this place.

In a sketchy area but it has a gym and hot tub and indoor pool which is a must for me

Hilton Garden Inn was very close to the convention center for the auto show, Reading Terminal, and Jefferson Station which made easy walking even on a cold windy day. The staff was professional and helpful to our questions about our accommodations, breakfast and amenities . Our buffet breakfast was awesome! Blueberry stuffed pancakes, a variety of pastries, cereals and fresh fruit. The service was excellent.

The location of this hotel was great for our New Year's celebration. We went for the Mummer's Parade and were delighted to find we were right next to the Convention Center and close to city hall and the parade route. They allowed us to check in early and check out late. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I treated my nephews to a holiday Xmas trip. The Micro & Refrigerator were a wonderful savings. We could see part of the New Years Eve fireworks from our window. We had a great time.

This is a good hotel within walking distance of shopping and sightseeing.

Hotel was very conveniently located near shops, restaurants and right behind of Redding Market. Walking distance is excellent.
