This hotel is close to the city hall, train and bus stations, Chinatown, which make it very convenient to go anywhere around Philly.

Super friendly staff

First off, breakfast is not free unless you rent the right kind of room. Otherwise, it's $17.99 plus tax. However, the restaurant serves a limited menu but the food is delish, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Overall, the location of this hotel sucks. The parking garage is not part of the hotel ($38/day extra), which means you have to haul your bags down the elevator and over to the lobby on the street. There weren't any baggage carts. My room was next to a conference room which I found really weird. The doors must be made of tissue because I could hear right through them - both the one to the hallway, and the connecting door. My room only had a shower - no bathtub. The shower was pretty limp. I had a view of the other wings of the hotel. I hated this room and will never stay at this hotel ever again. I might go to the restaurant for loaded potato skins, though.

Great customer service from front desk, clean and comfortable rooms

The staff was among the best I've ever experienced at a hotel. Just wonderful. The only issue is the parking. It's pretty pricy. We'll definitely consider staying there the next time we're in Philly. We'll just park somewhere else or take the train in.

Laundry facilities a definite PLUS! Customer service for check in, room change,& unexpected longer stay were ALL handled with the utmost professionalism, courtesy & patience!

Nice, clean hotel in a great location. We flew into Philadelphia and the train from the airport dropped us off a block from the hotel. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There’s no breakfast, but Dunkin Donuts is across the street.

2nd time staying here. What a blast! great, friendly staff. clean and perfect location. Cant wait to come back already looking forward to our next trip back to philly Chinatown nd to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel.

THIS LOCATION IS THE BEST, LITERALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF CENTER CITY WALKING DISTANCE FROM ANY AND ALL MUST SEE PHILLY PLACES. I DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING BACK AGAIN AND I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW AMAZING IT'LL BE AS THE TIME OF OUR TRIP THEY WERE RENOVATING.

Indoor pool and hot tub, location very good, lacked regular coffee in room, decaf only

The location is the biggest plus. Reading Terminal Market and Chinatown are within walking distance.

Location, staff arranged a taxi to take me to the airport, and opportunity to check in early

Very convenient location. Water and morning coffee in lobby are very good. Room had nice clean decor/style. Keurig, microwave and fridge were useful.

The property was great. Great location. However the walls seemed thin.
