Great Hotel all around, Parking pricing is a bit steep and Breakfast could be improved upon but overall no REAL complaints

Clean room, lots of Pittsburgh attractions are within walking distance the problem was the breakfast items on the bar were stale and the pull out bed was broken

It is always convenient to stay here when going to PNC Park. It is quiet, clean, comfortable, and right across from the ballpark. It is quite pricey, and $25/night for parking is, to me, outrageous! I have only ever complained or commented about one thing and that's the lack of grab bars in the shower/tub. Most all places I stay have instituted these bars and it is much safer for someone who is older and for everyone. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay. The breakfast bar is especially great in the mornings. Took the shuttle to dinner at Station Square, and what a great service that was, and no charge too!

Great location to PNC park! Great shuttle service to locations in Pittsburgh!

Nice new Hotel on North Shore. Bar has good food, open till 11

I loved it Amazing hotel and very clean breakfast is also awesome and people are friendly

Great Location to area! Shuttle service was nice perk! Even tho in walking distance of most attractions! Room was good size! Fridge & Microwave a plus! Near freeway but noise doesnt bother us & knew that when booking! 1 elevator wasnt working so up n down was slow! Connecting restaraunt was nice!

Great hotel close to PNC park and Heinz Field. Room size was perfect for a large family. Hotel restaurant was very reasonable.

The hotel and staff were great. Most complimentary breakfasts I don't bother with. Very well enjoyed my stay.

We were in town to see a play at Heinz Hall. Our family of five (3 teens) was very comfortable in the two queen suite and it was a convenient walk over the bridge to see our play and walk to market square for dinner. Typical breakfast. All in all very nice experience.

excellent location with good restaurant right in building. Alot to see and do within a few blocks of hotel and next door to PNC park. Staff was great and had shuttle service to .anywhere within a few miles of hotel.Restaurants, theater, casino, parks, shopping, museums riverwalk and much more.

The room was clean, the service was good. I used the fitness center which provided complimentary ear buds, and a water cooler to refill your water bottle. The wireless was slow unless you decided to pay the $6.95 for upgraded high speed internet (which i did not do). Parking was $19.00 a day. Breakfast was good. Lobby area was large and accommodating.

My girlfriend and I came here for a concert and she absolutely loved it. I used to walk through this area to get downtown during my college days back in '97 and it's all been renovated and is much nicer. Right on 6th avenue on the north side of the Allegheny river near lots of shops, bars, the Warhol museum, PNC Park and Heinz stadium. A short walk across the 6th street bridge gets you downtown for everything else. Room was clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was awesome with lots of hot and cold choices but only goes until 9:30 so we had to get a wake up call. My only complaint was the bed sloped down towards the headboard so I slept better when I swapped.

we went to 3 ballgames so only having to walk across the stree was great. there are plenty of bars and restaraunts within walking distance including springhill suites own spots bar that getting something to eat and drink before and after the game was really convenient. tthe rooms are large and compfortable and were very clean.free breakfast was nice. my only complaint was that they wouldn't let me leave my car in their parking lot for sunday's afternoon game because they said they were booked full for that night. we walked by after the game and saw plenty of open spots.

Loved the hotel because it is across the street from the stadium, and has Pirates logos on the walls, etc. Very well suited to the Pirates fan. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, free breakfast buffet was a plus, and room was well kept and comfy. Loved our stay.

Staff was extremely friendly and accomadating. Room was clean and comfortable. Location can't be beat.

Hotel was right across the street from PNC Park so very accomodating. Shuttle service was prompt and courteous. Room was great size for our weekend getaway.

We drove in for a day to tour Steelers staduim & go to an evening Pirates game. We walked right across the street to the game. This was good for us, cause my husband an oldest went to game earlier to see batting practice & my 3 year old & I showed up later. Would stay again

We arrived from a wedding for the reception at PNC Park. We checked in, refreshed ourselves in our beautiful room and headed over for the reception. The desk clerk was not familiar with the park restaurants but we found our way and had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Spent the night after a wedding. It was a lovely stay and everyone we dealt with was very kind.
