Excellent work by everyone there, attentive and clean

No issues. Stayed at 20th floor and view is great. Room feels clean easy to check in/out.

Very conveinient for football game. Restaurants are close by. Staff are very nice.

Liked the location of the hotel, right on the edge of downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. The line to check in and check out wss short which was convenient

The hotel feels extremely dated. A renovation of the hallways including lighting, carpeting, and new paint/decor is sorely needed. They are basically just on cruise control because of location but for the price if you dont need to be right there the Marriott hotels nearby are much nicer.

To start, our weekend plan was to take advantage of the free shuttle service they offered to get us to some of our destinations that weekend only to find out when we got there that they no longer offer the shuttle service on the weekends. That was very disappointing, but what was worse is the woman we spoke with was very rude when we questioned why it wasn't offered anymore she had a snide remark and told us that we could walk. The forecast for that evening was not favorable so that really made us unhappy upon check in. When we got to the room, as soon as we walked in we immediately noticed how untidy the bathroom was with half folded towels just thrown under the sink, not stacked neatly and there was a lot of crumbs and fuzz on the bed throw. Needless to say that we did not enjoy our stay.

Room was booked for 3. But in am when we went to shower, only 2 sets of bath towels! Also no room coffee pot.

Check-in staff was unpleasant... just very rude right from the beginning. We got up to our room and it hadn't been serviced... unmade bed, towels everywhere, etc. We go back down to the registration desk and the staff didn't seem too concerned that our room was dirty. We get a new room - better than the first - but the towels weren't really folded, just kind of thrown under the sink area. There was also no soap. It was great.

The staff from beginning to end were ver very slow. Unfortunately thru out the stay no matter if busy or not just a mess! So many choices go elsewhere. Rooms small and needed updates.. Beds ok. Just maybe I got an old room. Low 3 stars and 5 star rate.

The room was dirty, dusty and small. Bath tub did not have bath mat, tub was very slippery, no lock on the bathroom door. The view was good. From my experience traveling and staying a many hotels, I think the staff needs some training.

Great for staying downtown. It's also close to many fine restaurants.

It was an amazing experience with very professional and knowledgeable staff. I will always stay there when i am in town.

The hotel, while not new, is well maintained and the staff is awesome....very friendly and courteous. The food is very good and reasonably priced. I found the bed and pillows to be extremely comfortable and enjoyed 2 nights of solid, restful sleep. I highly recommend the Grand Wyndham.

There is not many good things about this hotel other then the comfortable bed and it being downtown and near Heinz field. It was not like the pictures the room was very small with a horrible view, I requested a skyline view and got a wall to my left and had to look all the way to the right to even get a tiny glimpse of the skyline. One of our lamps didn't work and asked the front desk to send someone up and no one ever came. The TV also would turn on and have t no picture only sound and would have to restart it for it to work. Our Internet modem didn't have a power source to plug into so I'm guessing it was for decor. Now the bathroom was another problem our toilet water ran the whole night and the shower corners were filled of scum. The hotel staff up front seemed nice but engineering/maintenance never showed up.

Smallest room I've ever stayed in. Mold in the shower and a leaky faucet in the bathroom. Won't be staying there again, anytime soon.

This hotel was excellent. The location was amazing and the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY AT. WENT TO STEELERS GAME AND CAN'T BEAT THE LOCATION.

This hotel is the perfect downtown location, a five minute walk to Heinz field, shopping and restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly and the hotel has many amenities. Pool, restaurant, bar, valet parking, room service, free wifi, and many others.

The desk chair was ripped, a used soda can u see the bed, no toilette paper and the overall room was drab.

Great location and the staff was wonderful. Every request was made and the entire hotel was wonderful. Great location to walk to and from the game. Food options are limited and a bit pricey but overall I had no complaints.
