Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown

Liked the location since we were going to Heinz Field for a Steelers game and the staff was friendly and answered any questions we had about the downtown area.

This hotel is all about the location and if your lucky enough the view overlooking Point State Park. Out three window you can see all 3 rivers, the Incline, Point Park and Heinz Field. The location is right next to Market Square which is full of restaurants, shopping and theatre. The quality of the hotel appears to be going up. The lobby is beautiful and the bar and restaurant are great. The rooms are quite small and are in need of a deep cleaning. The bed is comfortable but a bit noisy and there is no cell service!

Room looked as if not used in a few years, and never cleaned when lasted used. Found other guest personal items all over the room, and when they changed our room, they gave us a room on a lower floor(we purposely got a river view for a reason) and called in the middle of night to see if we needed towels. Not to mention the room was the size of a jail cell. Not worth the money, ruined our anniversary.

I met a couple buddies here for the wkd to relax and enjoy the city. Aside from the slight inconvenience of valet parking, I have zero complaints about this Motel. I would definitely stay here again!

Could definitely use a face lift. Rooms outdated.

Location was perfect, room not so much. Felt dirty, didn't get what I requested online, and lack of affordable breakfast was a disappointment.

Nice hotel and very convenient. We love staying here when we visit Pittsburgh. Only issue was hectic valet parking upon arrival due to a wedding.

Room was cramped and the Bathroom shower was weird.

Small room, but great view. Lack of attn to detail--1 coffee cup, 1 creamer pack. No bar soap in bath. Curt, bartender at hotel bar. Otherwise, friendly staff. Smooth check in/out.

Booked a suite and it was not ready at check in at 4pm.... Staff was nice enough to give us a temporary room but with twin toddlers they missed nap time. Got the suite around 7pm, just enough time to just order pizza and crash with a movie. Not able to enjoy the city as originally planned.

Room good. Facility a little dated. They seem to be working on it. Restaurant and bar area has little atmosphere.

Nice hotel with view of the Point & 3 Rivers. Friendly staff. Walking distance to PNC Park.

Location of hotel very close to downtown activities.

Excellent work by everyone there, attentive and clean

No issues. Stayed at 20th floor and view is great. Room feels clean easy to check in/out.

Very conveinient for football game. Restaurants are close by. Staff are very nice.

Liked the location of the hotel, right on the edge of downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. The line to check in and check out wss short which was convenient

The hotel feels extremely dated. A renovation of the hallways including lighting, carpeting, and new paint/decor is sorely needed. They are basically just on cruise control because of location but for the price if you dont need to be right there the Marriott hotels nearby are much nicer.

To start, our weekend plan was to take advantage of the free shuttle service they offered to get us to some of our destinations that weekend only to find out when we got there that they no longer offer the shuttle service on the weekends. That was very disappointing, but what was worse is the woman we spoke with was very rude when we questioned why it wasn't offered anymore she had a snide remark and told us that we could walk. The forecast for that evening was not favorable so that really made us unhappy upon check in. When we got to the room, as soon as we walked in we immediately noticed how untidy the bathroom was with half folded towels just thrown under the sink, not stacked neatly and there was a lot of crumbs and fuzz on the bed throw. Needless to say that we did not enjoy our stay.

Room was booked for 3. But in am when we went to shower, only 2 sets of bath towels! Also no room coffee pot.
