It was nice overall. No vending machines for late night

Awesome location. Friendly staff. Rooms need a bit of maintenance. Location is perfect for Pirates or Steelers games. Market Square is right around the corner.

Liked walkable to Heinz Field. Didn't like waiting in the valet line for 30 minutes only to find out that valet was full with concert goers instead of guests. That is BS. Won't be back!!!!

The hotel is outdated, not clean, rooms are small, bathrooms are tiny. The hotel location may be convenient for business travelers but not for leisure travelers.

Excellent location, rooms are outdated and dingy.

The whole floor smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was non smoking. The furnishing and decor was dated and worn. The beds were hard.

The property is in a convenient location, but other than that I don’t foresee myself staying here again. We stayed in a Jr. Suite and expected the room to be in better shape. The room was a nice size, but very dated and could use some TLC. With the pandemic I was surprised to see some dirty tables and stains on different areas of the room. Also, the both room phones didn’t work. Lastly, when we entered the room the ironing board was out. Reason for that is because the board was broken and wouldn’t collapse. We called the front desk to have it removed and no one ever came. I was very disappointed in my first stay here and this will be my last.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

The location of the property was fantastic; however, at a price point well over $300 a night, the rooms, amenities, beds were very aged and uncomfortable. Will not be staying here again.

The property was really in a great spot for attending sporting events. Convenient to many types of restaurants and downtown historical sites. The room was nice, but short on some amenities, not enough towels, curtain was broke and maybe due to short staff, but the restaurant was never open. Overall I enjoyed the stay and the staff was very accommodating.

I chose this property for it's proximity to Heinz Field. It worked out great, and will be my preferred property for future Steelers games. Go Steelers!!!!

Lied about the restaurant being open and breakfast. Everything was shut down doe to “COVID” but the website said it was still open

Cosmetic work needs to be done - room was clean location was great

We chose the Wyndham for the location, that’s what’s great about it. Everything I saw was clean, but the floor I was on is in need of renovation. Walking down the hallway, you could see busted door jambs and our bathroom door barely closed. And plan ahead if you need to use the elevator, they could use more with the number of people and they tend to run slow.

Close to sporting events.

Enjoyed our Stay - Perfect to walk everywhere. Parked car at Valet and didn't pick up until next day when we left.

Very expensive for a very tired property
