I would have preferred having a fan in the bathroom to take care of the humidity. As well as an air-conditioner that dealt with the humidity. Other than that the rooms were clean and facility was nice and good view

Horrible customer service. Lost my business because they were unwilling to change the dates of a reservation that was made. Wanted $109 extra dollars to do this even though I tried to rectify the matter immediately. Called their customer service and was told to deal with this hotel directly. Not sure why they have a customer service area at all. Lost my business forever and was planning on staying there 2 weeks per month. Guess that’s why they are a 3 star hotel.

For a Wyndham “Grand” the room was small, bathroom in disrepair with slow drains. We were on the pool level - the hallway had a strong smell of chlorine. It was a Friday night and we couldn’t avoid the strong thumping of the nightclub music. On a positive note, the hotel restaurant served good food.

Location, location, location. However rooms were not ready for 4pm check in, valet parking was full when we arrived at 355pm and we could not unload our things or babies at the curb. Then we had to pay event rate parking plus Fruday am rates prior to check out. As a result parking costs were more than what was quoted to me by the staff answering the phone at 9am the day of check in.

Room could be cleaner; microwave not clean; water had a slight smell

Excellent location in downtown! Excellent convenience to pirates games and restaurants! Also parking was fair as u can enter/exit as many times needed. Hotel may need some updating the wall paper in rooms and halls!

Swimming pool is only 4 feet deep and small. If you want to swim laps this is not the place. The hot tub had a lot of foam in it.

Property was well located....near restaurants, near recreation facilities and we had a great view (19th floor) from our room. Staff was VERY UNHELPFUL and not EAGER TO PLEASE. When asked about facilities a couple blocks away, they acted like they had no idea. They were not eager to help in any way!!

The location was good. But there is no parking so you must valet. I waited for 20 minutes with traffic backed up around the block. I finally gave up and drove around til I found a parking garage. Then hoofed it to the hotel in the rain.

We were part of a large group for an event. Hotel did nit seem ready for large group. Rude staff did not try to help. Parking is a mess. Very disappointing stay.

Location is good and the hotel is nice but there is nothing great about the place. Business center charges you .50 cents a page to print; no parking other than $35/day for valet (asked staff about alternative parking locations and they were clueless or were trained to act as though they didn't know anything about the surrounding areas). The room I booked was a king bed suite and it is the smallest room I have ever seen, including hotel rooms in Manhattan. Room was clean and updated but could be found on tiny houses. Everything else is overpriced, including delivery charge and automatic gratuity for room service.

Everyone there was very helpful and the rooms where very nice and clean!

This place is a dump!! Paint chipping, rusty fixtures. Stains everywhere ! Gross!!

Location was very easy to get in and out of. Very nice facility.

Reserved a king size room, got 2 doubles. Print station in "business center" did not work

Swimming pool is only 4 feet deep and small. If you want to swim laps this is not the place. The hot tub had a lot of foam in it.
