Nice. Easy access to all that I wanted to get to.

Nice stay. Only one wash cloth for three people would be only complaint.

The housekeeping staff was excellent. The front desk staff was okay. I felt the accommodations where exactly what I needed, no more no less.

best location in garden spot of Pittsburgh with free and easy access to much of city. Noreen is a gem! -- a local, she is full of information and advice on what to see and how to get there!

It's right there, at the start of it all in downtown Pittsburgh. I can walk to many sites. And, today, there is a festival in the park along the rivers. Very nice staff and lobby.

Lights and curtains were dusty. We stayed two nights and the Housekeeper did not re-load the coffee and not renew cups for hot drinks. Hotel quiet old but location is great. You can park your car at street at Saturday nights and Sundays for free. We were not satisfied with the hotel but because of the location it worth to stay.

The front desk wouldn't let us check in early unless I signed up for their rewards program. Really? There was already a room avaliable, but we can't have it unless we give an email address to get spammed on? Nice. Not the hotel's fault, but our floor was VERY noisy with young folks running around and shouting all night. We did have a great view, though.

Wonderful location in an incredible city. I highly recommend this hotel. It's an easy walk to many restaurants and venues.

Parking cost was a downfall. It cost me $90 for two vehicles for one night.

The parking was a surprise 35$ valet or 25$ parking nearby. Overall, very pleased.

No vent in bathroom No refrigerator in room. Staff was great.

Very good experience at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful and the city view from the room beautiful.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything you want in a hotel. Oh, and the view from the room over looking Fort Pitt and the rivers was very nice.

Had to book here because my usual hotel in Pitt was booked. -Hotel was way understaffed, they had a dance competition and nobody was available -long lines at the desk and elevators -Rooms are old, they do not have safe -TV signal was not working and the staff never showed up to fix because “comcast server was off” or “antenna was being repaired” for three days -no one picked the room service tab... Not coming back

The hotel has a great location The staff in restaurant had no clue whether it was breakfast or dinner. The bed skirt was shredded but still on bed and room wasn't very clean. Overall the bellmen were absolutely wonderful as were other hotel staff

The overal room was good the shower head however was rusted and didn't have much pressured

Easy check in. Room size exceeded our expectations. Bathroom was terribly small. Literally 7x8 and difficult to get into if anyone of size or needed a walker or cane to turn around. Bed mattress was very worn and needs to be replaced. Pull out bed was dirty. Took 4 hours for extra bed linens and towels to be brought to our room - showed up after midnight!

The hotel was fine. It was a bit dirty; a pillowcase has stains on it. There was room service that was left on the floor for over 24 hours even though the cleaning staff was picking up the rooms. I was on a non-smoking floor and people were clearly smoking marijuana, so much so that the entire floor smelled terribly. When I called the front desk, the woman told me all that she could do was come up and spray.

Stayed at this hotel before and loved it. This time the room was terrible. Not clean. Shower dirty. Shower leaked. Floors needed cleaned.

Liked the location since we were going to Heinz Field for a Steelers game and the staff was friendly and answered any questions we had about the downtown area.
