We have traveled extensively and always treat the hotel staff, other guests, and property with respect. During this stay we were shocked and saddened by how we were treated by a hotel employee at the front desk. Soon after check in, around 6pm, I realized that we were assigned a very noisy room at one end of a hallway. The room was spacious, on a high floor, and had a nice view. However, there were constant loud voices and frequent banging of doors that appeared to emanate from the hallway and next door. I called the front desk to ask to be moved to another room. I thought this not to be an unreasonable request because we had only been in the room for about an hour and there were rooms available at the hotel. The front desk person denied my request and told me the hotel would send security up to talk to the other guests. I told the front desk person that the noise did not appear to be coming from just one room and all we wanted was a quiet room. Again my request was refused. I then asked to speak with the hotel manager at which time I was put on hold for what appeared to be a long time. I had to hang up the phone and call back. The same person answered the phone and they unapologetically told me the manager was busy somewhere else in the hotel. I then asked for this employee’s name and told them I would have to come down to speak with the manager. Shortly after we arrived at the front desk, the manager soon became available and granted my initial request.

Friendly staff. Great service, located near several good food locations.

Very clean room. Nice staff all around. Room does not have a work desk.

This is a beautiful hotel and staff was very friendly and helpful. However, when I first entered the room, I noticed food crumbs on the floor. I also noticed what looked like grape stems under the bed. Also, I noticed an eyelash on the towel. I hadn't used the towels yet.

Didn’t like paying 55 dollars a night to park at hotel

It was a really nice hotel. The room was very comfortable.

Excellent property! Restaurant staff and their manager Chris were super awesome! Room was great! Front Desk, baggage & Valet; all we’re A+++! Thank you! We’ll be back!

Great stay! Will visit again, the bed was awesome!

Check-in/reception was not helpful in accommodating our need for early check-in.

Great location, knowledgeable staff, super clean and overall fantastic.

Great location. Staff friendly and very helpful. It would be nice to have electrical outlets next to the bed.

Thank you for reviewing your recent experience with us. We strongly believe in ensuring our pricing is competitive and conduct a survey of hotel parking in the city twice a year to ensure this. While we are happy to recommend less expensive independent garages in the area, we believe our unlimited in and out privileges as well as early car arrivals and late car departures at no additional fees brings value to our services. We hope to welcome you again soon!
