I liked almost everything about this hotel. Except for parking. It’s quite expensive if you need to valet or park overnight. No other issues. The stay is so friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to return.

I loved this property when it came to the room and housekeeping staff who went above and beyond. The restaurant and bar were both fabulous. However, the valet was terrible. I called to retrieve my vehicle (they also told me that they did not have ev chargers) they told me to text the number on the ticket, so I did. Then I went down in the time specified, they said the system was down. It took over 45 minutes at that point for them to get the car. Then no one assisted with the bags. I was late for my appointment....thank goodness not my sons graduation.. I prefer the Marriott or Ritz.

The room was clean, bed was really comfy and the huge tv was a plus. It’s probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast food was not that great though. We ordered room service and was disappointed with the toast. I took one bite and had to spit it out because it tasted burnt.

In my opinion: the hotel failed to meet expectations. The room we were assigned appeared outdated and did not meet the "luxury" moniker it was given. Although we were on a "high floor," our primary view was directly at another building facade. Room A/C motor was noisy. Room floors did not appear to be well swept. The carpet in the hallway on our floor did not appear to be well vacuumed. Next time I am in Philly, I will seek other accommodations.

Everyone at this property was kind and very accommodating. The bed was soft. The room was clean. And the hotel was literally close to everything. Not to mention great room service. My little family had a stellar time! Hopefully, we can swing back sometime in the future.

Beautiful hotel!! Bartenders werent very friendly or engaging. Kitchen hours arent great, everything else was top notch from the decor to the valet, room size and location.
