Was ok... Not the caliber I would expect from the Hilton Penn's Landing with the prices people are paying. Guy at the front desk had a lot of attitude upon checking in, annoyed to have a customer and seemed like he didn't want to be there. Massively massively overpriced parking and in the morning trying to get out, the red light would not change for over 10 minutes with the construction going on. That is not acceptable. Are you going to hold people hostage there? I do feel bad giving a 1 star, but Hilton needs to do better than this.

I’ve stayed at several Hilton hotels before and this one was by far the worst one. The staff was great but the room we received was in horrible condition. The carpet looked extremely dirty as if it’s never been vacuumed. The coffee pot was missing. No toilet or hand soap in the bathroom. The bath room alone looked disgusting and moldy. For the amount of money you pay for a room, you’ll expect a clean room. Highly disappointed.

Front desk very responsive and supportive. Arrived in room very late in the day (1am) to find the toilet full and clogged - not sure how that happens if the room was fully serviced by housekeeping ahead of check in (clearly wasn't). Furniture was very dusty. I alerted housekeeping in the AM as they were in the room next to mine, as well as the front desk. It was fixed, but my room was never cleaned during the entire stay - including the unclogged but dirty toilet. Breakfast is a buffet in a very pretty dining room. Food is clearly prepared very early and sits there unless it has to be replenished, stale and not fresh. Definitely not worth the $20/pp. Valet parking staff available at all hours which is great for a late nite out. I definitely felt I overpayed for what I expected to be a more upscale experience given the Hilton name and location in the city.

Nice property. Great staff. Pool was really murky. No soap on the sink. Needed to go to the tub to get it out of the bottle. Otherwise the service was great and the food was really good in the restaurant.

The water pressure was very weak in the shower. The toilet also ran for long periods of time. However, the most disappointing part of our (wife and I) stay was when I called the front desk and asked for additional towels, rags, pillows and blankets along with requesting the room to be cleaned. This took three days to happen. I didn’t get any towels, rags, blankets or pillows the first day. So, I asked the second day with no results. Then, I asked the third day. I actually went down to grab the towels, rags, blankets and pillows. However, they only had towels and rags at the front desk. They stated that room service would bring the blankets and pillows to the room however, this didn’t happen. I called down and asked to speak with a manager. The manager informed me that they were short staffed. However, she was able to get room service to deliver pillows and blankets. The room was finally cleared on the third day. This was by far the worst experience that my wife and I have had at Hilton. My wife is experiencing serious medical issues and I was hoping to bring a little happiness and joy, which she so very much deserves. Thanks for reading this and allowing me to vent a frustration.

Easter Weekend
Clean, we’ve been before so I know what to expect and it doesn’t disappoint. Great view of the river and a nice area to take a walk and relazx just outside the hotel. Convenient location for us and always a friendly staff. There seemed to be a domestic dispute in a room near ours on Easter morning so there was a lot of telling and it was a little disconcerting but not the fault of hotel.

Stayed here for one night. The hotel room itself was very dirty. Dust was EVERYWHERE. If I ran my finger across any of the desks, I would be able to catch a significant amount of dust. Few very visible light colored stains on the carpet as if they didn't even try. I would certainly opt for another hotel next time.

Beautiful, directly on the Delaware River, fantistic view of river and both bridges from room! My only complaint is the staff could have let me know that breakfast could have been purchased in advance cheaper than ordering in person. Definitely a beautiful place to stay! Lots of very close attractions.
