The room and bathroom are not clean and there are hairs on the bathroom floor, in the drawers, and around the bed, and the towels were not folded nicely, and I didn't go complain about it because I don't want them to hurt and fire the person responsible for cleaning.

Shower pressure was great but the shower head was leaking sideways causing the floor to get very wet and slippery. Bedding was very old the down filler has detoriated badly. Room was clean bed was ok.
