It was a very relaxing stay.

Great location on the river!

Bathroom was dated and the shower didn’t work well at all. Breakfast didn’t start until 6:30am and there was no complimentary coffee.

I have stayed here a few years prior with my young daughter and it was a great expereince. This time, we got in late, and the pool at 9pm was a disaster. No towels, and the used towels and water were all over the floor. It was so loud and overrun with floatation devices and pool toys and kids jumping and running into the pool, we stayed maybe 25 minutes. We also had a scary encounter with 2 men who tried getting into our room because they did not realize it wasnt their room.

The rooms were super dusty and there was no house keeping available. No soap available in the bathroom for showers and toilet paper wasn’t replenished. Pool was murky and gross. They nickel and dimes for every little thing including $25/night for a roll away bed, $35/night for parking plus you have to pay for TV access or WiFi. The hotel was far from everything except for the river. When I complained about the cleanliness of the hotel, the front desk barely apologized and blamed it on the housekeeping being on a union strike. That’s not cool paying almost $700 for 2 nights stay that was like staying in a MOTEL.

I really enjoyed my view

My room was nice but alittle dusty.. I loved the view

Pool was warm I did like that but the sauna was not getting hot even when we raised the temperature

Great walking proximity to Philly’s riverfront and Old City neighborhood, and I would stay here again. It’s a very nice hotel. Parking was quite pricey and surprisingly inconvenient for seemingly being attached to the building - it takes 3 separate elevator rides to get to and from your car/room. Probably fine normally, but an unexpected hurdle / delay with small children (and covid elevator occupancy restrictions).

The indoor pool was nice but we wouldn’t stay there again unfortunately because the parking cost $30 a night. we stayed two nights and had to pay $60, half the cost of another night at the hotel. We were shocked to hear parking wasn’t free when we arrived and that There was really no other alternative. I’ve never paid for parking at a hotel, let alone such a huge sum! It was completely ridiculous and kind of soured the experience for us. The parking was attached to the Hotel and had an entrance straight in, but was supposedly just a public garage. Even if that was the case, the hotel guests should be able to park for free as it is clearly the hotel’s only parking.

Just disappointed at my stay. Staff friendly but the facility was just nasty and smelled bad.
