Location, professionalism, accommodations. The room was excellent

Great location to walk to historical places (Liberty Bell, etc.) and to walk along Penn's Landing riverfront. Very busy hotel

The scenery, price and location were excellent! The staff and accommodations far exceeded my expectations.

The property is well located and was a fantastic location for the 4th. The room was not very clean, and the cleaning service did not make the beds or clean the shower/tub during my stay. The hotel staff was nice and helpful with questions, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness.

This hotel is very over priced for what you get. There were multiple proms and weddings and people running through the halls intoxicated all night long. The hotel staff was average, but the restaurant staff was outstanding and their food was very good, but VERY over priced as well.

Didn’t seem to get the amenities you get at most of the higher end hotels.

No nearby restaurants and hotel staff are very unhelpful

Beautiful view of the Delaware River. Staff gave suggestions of places to go. Really helpful ideas and spot-on. Great suggestions!

We always stays at Hilton at Penn's Landing for Philly visits. Nice hotel with indoor pool that opens til midnight, a perk for kids looking for some splash.

Great location and a great park next door where you can sit and relax in a hammock or adirondack chairs. Great view of the bay and serving food, ice cream and beers. Hotel has a great bar inside that had some decent to go food as well.

They had a shuttle that would take you in a 3 mile radius. Also when you are ready to be picked up it comes to get you! Im use to shuttle drop off but a pick up as well? Wow! Hotel is right on the water and close to the bridge so had a very nice view. Everything you expect in a HILTON. Nothing over the top but nice stay.

We have stayed here before with our son and have never had a issue. We booked the room through you and booked it so we could have a king size bed and a rollaway for our son. When we went to checkout they tried to charge us for the rollaway bed until I made them look up our booking with you guys. Then they stated oh we didn’t get the message but here it is will take that off. Then caught them trying to over charge me for two movies and extra room service. They took it off when I pointed it out but it was really shady.

Unfortunately, the hotel looked nothing like the picture. Not clean, dowdy, and overall disappointing.

This was a great hotel. Great location, great food at the bar, convenient parking, fast and friendly staff. I’ll for sure stay here again.

Comfortable room but problems with electrical outlets. Also could put more than two towels in a room with two people.
