The most thing that I like ,was the hotel is next to the harbor and the view are so gorgeous!

My wife was feeling sick the morning of the reservation. So i tried to cancel but they would let me so i went down to Philly with my kids to still make the most of the trip. After being in the city during the day i came to the hotel like 11 pm, i go to my room and to put my infant kids to sleep i see that there is hair on the bed in the sink. Also there was no basic supplies for me to use like shampoo, toothbrush, no bags in trash can, only few towels. I wake up in the morning and also see that everything in room had a layer of dust. Whens the last time housekeeping was there? All they would offer is to cancel parking fee.

dated, old dirty bathrooms.

Location is really all this hotel has. Otherwise, for the price, it does not live up to expectations. The AC in our room would not cool past 70 degrees. Parking in the attached garage is $40 per NIGHT and there is no continental breakfast- you have to pay $20 a person. Over $400 for a one night stay in a very average older hotel. Unless you are literally going there for Penn’s Landing only, stay somewhere else.

It was not very clean - there was hair in the bathtub and on a pillow when we checked in. There was not a hot tub.

Beautiful view

Excellent location. Convenient to ice skating and other activities. Parking only concern. It’s a bit of a hassle not conveniently located but typical of my experience with Hilton Hotels. Overall excellent for price point and location. Clean, safe and family friendly. Would totally recommend and stay again.

Beautiful facility. Great view. Good location.

No vallet, elevator was broken, no water in the room, lobby store low stock everything, bathroom fixtures outdated room lamp broken

It was a very relaxing stay.

Great location on the river!

Bathroom was dated and the shower didn’t work well at all. Breakfast didn’t start until 6:30am and there was no complimentary coffee.

I have stayed here a few years prior with my young daughter and it was a great expereince. This time, we got in late, and the pool at 9pm was a disaster. No towels, and the used towels and water were all over the floor. It was so loud and overrun with floatation devices and pool toys and kids jumping and running into the pool, we stayed maybe 25 minutes. We also had a scary encounter with 2 men who tried getting into our room because they did not realize it wasnt their room.

The rooms were super dusty and there was no house keeping available. No soap available in the bathroom for showers and toilet paper wasn’t replenished. Pool was murky and gross. They nickel and dimes for every little thing including $25/night for a roll away bed, $35/night for parking plus you have to pay for TV access or WiFi. The hotel was far from everything except for the river. When I complained about the cleanliness of the hotel, the front desk barely apologized and blamed it on the housekeeping being on a union strike. That’s not cool paying almost $700 for 2 nights stay that was like staying in a MOTEL.
