An emergency alarm went off at 4am with a voice controlled automation staying for your own safety please stay in your room and an update will be sent. However the update never happened and it went off again and was paused. In addition our room was musty and not updated, rust marks on the ceiling. Lastly the ice machine on our floor was out of service.

The sheets and pillows were unclean with hair, crumbs and stains. When we politely called the desk, the man who answered said there's no staff to change bedding so we can tolerate it or switch rooms. We then went to the lobby and asked reception for bedding and changed the sheets ourselves. The reception's bedding was obviously cleaner and sheets crisp, which points further to our bed sheets not being clean. Bathroom WAS NOT CLEANED EITHER. There was tons of pubic hair all over the shower and floors. We aren't people who complain, but this was a bad Hilton Hotel. The lobby is beautiful, but housekeeping and hospitality are severely lacking. We always book Hilton for their higher standards, but this one suprisingly fell short. I have pictures.
