The property seemed old, dirty with shady characters walking around. I've stay at a number of Embassy suites, this was by far the worst. It should be closed.

Hotel muito confortável com ótimo café da manhã

O hotel está bem localizado, perto do aeroporto, com transporte gratuito. O café da manhã é um diferencial, muito bom comparado com hotéis que oferecem esse tipo de opçǎo nos EUA. O quarto é bem grande e muito confortável. Solicitei uma hora de late check-out e fui atendido prontamente na recepção do lobby, sem custos.

I stayed here many times when I travel for work, but I absolutely love the new touch of having my name on the TV when I enter the room. It actually was on both TVs very cool.

Hire more staff

The common areas are a mess. I don't know if this place is under-staffed, or poorly managed. Food was fine, but hard to get service. Carpeting, tables were a mess. Sunday morning about 9 a.m. it looked like no one had bothered to clean up from the night before. The breakfast buffet had good food, but cleanliness and stocking were poor.
