It wasn't a horrible experience however I called on the way to Philadelphia to make sure we had a ride. They said yes a Shuttle Bus comes every 1/2 hour. Well after waiting for 45 minutes I called and they there wouldn't be one until 5 in the morning ( this was after midnight) Once we got an uber ride to the hotel they changed our room because the hotel was full and it was " first come, first serve " basis. ( I got the room in October!) Other than that it was fine

You just cannot go wrong with any Hilton affiliated hotels. Awesome staff and service. Very friendly and helpful. Super clean facilities, the personalized Welcome message on the TV screens was excellent service. Just an AWESOME experience.

Airport shuttle never arrived…waited 40min and finally took an uber to get to the property. Property is really dated. Bath sink was clogged, reported it twice and didn’t get solved nor they offered a new room. Will not recommend it. Avoid this location it doesn’t live to Hilton’s standard

The room I stayed in needs so much repair. The door of our fridge is breaking and the bottom piece just came off. There isn’t a vent in the bathroom, so that fogs up and the moisture causes mold. They tried to cover mold damage with spackle. They also didn’t give me enough towels for the following day. Staff is nice but not informative. They did not tell me they were going to charge me a deposit fee.

The room was neglected. The toilet didnt flush properly. The outlets were a safety and fire hazard. The tv in the living room didnt work. Its not the front dese fault. We didnt complain or bring it to their attention until check out.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. The price is great, but there is noticeable wear and tear on furniture and the sink was clogging a little. It’s def great for the price, and I would consider staying there again depending on my finances.

Checked in around 11pm. The best word to describe the desk clerk is surly. We felt like checking in was an inconvenience to them. The room type we paid for was not available. The room we got was in poor condition. Furniture was damaged, the mini-fridge door was literally falling off, and the bathroom was horrendous. The diverter didn't work properly, the tub was rusted, the shower curtain was torn, the spigot to the tub was free standing from the wall with an inch of pipe exposed, and the wall behind the toilet was stained. The food at breakfast was good, but once again we felt like our presence was an inconvenience to the chef. It wasn't all bad though: the beds were very comfortable, and the airport shuttle was fast and convenient with a courteous driver. Bottom line - this property could benefit from some customer service up-training, and some serious maintenance.
