The location is great, the apartment building was clean, people were friendly and attentive. The amenities were better than we could’ve asked for. The apartment was neat, beautiful and were well thought out. Will definitely stay at Roost East Market in the event of returning to Philly! Thanks to all the Roost/Girard professionals that made our stay great.

I have nothing negative about this place they hit all the marks with top quality when it comes having somewhere to stay. This place is the best ever, I will not book anywhere else in Philadelphia unless it’s at the Roost.

Love the eclectic apartment style, central location and welcoming staff! Wish there were a small cafe or something, but lots of nearby options for food and coffee.
