Beautiful lobby, great lobby bar. Gym falls far short of expectations.
Great experience!!
Location excellent staff went above and beyond especially Demetrius at the front desk. Thank you for making our stay special.
Bank setting is great. Room run down. Toilet for example was poor quality and yellow stained. Desk worker too busy on phone to even look up. Breakfast person way way overwhelmed...waited and watched him help others even though I had been waiting first. Very flustered. Overall disappointed with staff.
I booked a room with two double beds, arrived at 6 PM, and checked in. I was not told at the front desk that there were no 2-double-bed rooms, opened the door to the room, and found only one bed in the room. Upon calling the front desk, I was told there was a "convention" and I was out of luck.
Stunning interior and professional staff and service.
Staff was very pllite and the facilities were very clean. Although there was a delay w the check in, they offered alternative discount to male it right.
Staff were very friendly. Didn't know that all rooms didn't have a tub, but we switched rooms and paid a fee to upgrade. Not the staff's fault but we had a toddler with us so it would have been a pain to not have one. It was our wedding the next day. It was nice to be able to keep our car in the lot until we needed to and park out front at valet to load and unload for the time we needed. The staff were awesome about that too. We loved using this hotel for getting ready for our wedding day. The pictures are going to be beautiful.
The Ritz Philadelphia is located within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. I was treated with courtesy the moment I was dropped off in front of the hotel. The room was sizable and clean.
Booked an Executive Suite. Be war we were told that most executive suites back onto elevator shaft. Horrendous noise just through the wall. They turn those elevators off at 10PM, but not acceptable for the price of the rooms. We asked to change rooms and were placed in a handicap suite. Furniture was hard and uncomfortable. Bed was fine. The gym was equivalent to what one would expect at a 3 star hotel. In Philadelphia the Rittenhouse by far is superior. No coffee for the Nepresso machine. This hotel is not a 5 star property. It should be rate The staff was accommodating and friendly.
Fridge didn’t work. 8 outlets without power to charge devices.
A beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. The staff are so amazing, will help you with anything from dinner reservations to hailing cabs etc An absolute treat!
I loved the grand lobby and historic feel of the hotel. I forgot how small the rooms would be. That and the size of the beds are the only thing I'd change.
