A lot of money with no free breakfast

The facility was absolutely beautiful and amazing and a perfect location. I only wish we researched the day we were coming as there were several events downtown, making it very difficult to drive but once we arrived, it was well worth it and the weight. We were a little unhappy about the amount that we paid and it didn’t include breakfast. I have stayed in lower budget, hotels and motels and always gotten breakfast and Phill that part was a little unfair.

Consistently a very good experience

Staff at the registration desk were friendly and accommodating! The room was a little dated, but everything was functional and it was comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

Buena atención, pero la habitación necesita mejoras urgentes Nos hospedamos recientemente y, aunque la atención del personal fue amable y las áreas comunes estaban en buen estado, la experiencia en la habitación fue decepcionante. El protector del colchón tenía pelos y manchas, y el colchón en sí presentaba manchas evidentes de orina y estaba visiblemente desgastado. Esto generó bastante incomodidad durante nuestra estancia. Además, el inodoro drenaba agua con un tono herrumbroso que se filtraba hacia el piso, justo a la entrada del baño. La loza estaba partida, lo que no solo daba una mala impresión sino que también representaba un riesgo. La cortina blackout estaba rota y no cerraba completamente, por lo que al amanecer los rayos de luz entraban directamente frente a la cama, dificultando el descanso. Es una pena, ya que el hotel tiene potencial, pero claramente necesita prestar más atención al mantenimiento y la limpieza de las habitaciones. Espero que puedan mejorar estos aspectos para brindar una experiencia más cómoda y acorde con lo que se espera al reservar.
