First time to bigger city property
I loved the customer service. Was greeted with a smile at check in and was given a detailed explanation of all the amenities. Room was clean and spacious. I will be staying here again.
Clean and spacious rooms, the staff was very friendly.
Location and friendliness of the staff. We enjoyed our breakfast as one of the staff members spent time telling us history of Pittsburgh.
Rooms very dusty, bathroom shower black mold on tile near tub and rust stains from the handicap rail.
I loved the gym. Everything was new and working great.
Check in and check out sub par customer service. Manager rude at check out.
Room stinks, didn’t like it Wouldn’t recommend .. horrible experience
Clean, friendly staff, nice area, close to everything. Would definitely stay again.
Great Location if you attending a convention. Only limitation: There is no cafe for an early morning coffee and pastries " on the go" breakfast.
The drain of the bath tub was blocked so water was running very, very slowly. The room was no. 623.
Great location for downtown Pittsburgh. We've stayed at this location a few times over the last 10+ years and each time has been great customer service, clean room, and comfortable beds. Only issue was the tub drain was a bit backed up when taking a shower.
Not sure what the Green idea achieved for the customer. Shuttle service made the location good for our convention and to see the city. Shuttle driver very nice (Tim?). Linda at Front Desk very helpful; maid very nice about telling me about room and making sure it was ready upon my return. Room not ready upon arrival but I was given the key. The maid came in to apologize that she had made beds but had not finished room (I hadn't had time to notice). She said she had called down to desk when she was surprised to see me enter the room with a key while she was in the hall. I was leaving anyway to not a problem but think you'd want to QA. Well appointed room. Wondered if the AC was really working but didn't call to ask. Just never seemed to cool even with temperature adjustments. I'm usually cold at 73-74 degrees but even at 69, not cranking cool air. Room 1430.
good location, room needed some maintenance workers were nice
Very nice hotel, clean and modern. We loved the restaurant onsite, Bills Burgers. Great food and great service. Nice location of the hotel, lots to do within walking distance.
The hotel was nice but the rooms are very outdated, especially for the price. The staff was very nice. The hotel elevator was a bit tricky and high tech...for a video guy that is very different to be confused. The parking garage was way too expensive....$60 for 2 days.
Staff was so great hotel was awesome had a great view from our room the shower and bed was great awesome experience
Lackluster accommodations but great location. Staff seemed to lack knowledge of area.
