Hotel was clean and quiet even though 2 huge sporting events in town: Steelers vs Bengals and Pittsl vs Notre Dame. All the staff was very nice. The shuttle to and from airport and to local area is a gamechanger. Janet, guest services, was great. You could tell that customer service was more than a job for her. She genuinely wanted us to enjoy our experience.
