No fridge in room. No vent in bathroom. All else was good.

It was close all the attractions I like that fact the subway was right across the street

Wonderful hotel. Great staff, nice dinner at the Bigelow Grill.

Shuttle service was helpful and restaurant was good. Other than that stay was disappointing. Rooms seemed old and worn. We stayed in a queen suite-the bathroom was tiny. The mattress on the pull out sofa was stained. We had to call for linens and towels. There was one small mirror in the bathroom which was the only mirror in the entire room. We were told at check in that we could chose any floor bc so many queen suites were open. Once in the room we realized the bedroom was right next to the elevator shaft and could hear the elevator constantly running. I called and asked to switch rooms and was told they were all full which was about an hour after we checked in. I would stay elsewhere next time.

I have stayed here several times and have always had a good experience. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly, accomodating staff. Its literally a 3 minute walk to the arena and Duquesne University.

Very clean, quiet, close to many restaurants and NHlL venue. Warm cookies upon arrival is a nice touch.

I rented a car and there was no room for me to park on property so I had to park on a different parking garage it was a super inconvenient

Large rooms and bathrooms, clean and centrally located in the city.

Bathroom fixtures and design is not too good. Toilet is too low and too small, bathtub has no safety hand bar.... I checked in Hilton Honor room, all the pillows on the the floors....I requested to change to other room... my meeting schedule was deleyed.....

Close to arena. Morning staff did not let us know our cab was waiting upon check out but was ordered nite before. Other than that a great place to stay and clean

Everything was good , but for me was uncomfortable, but my husband slept good. Everything was clean . staff were friendly and helpful.

I only stayed one night as I was in town for a day meeting. My room was surprisingly spacious and the staff was very helpful and professional. I enjoyed a perfect stay.

Decent price for a downtown hotel but the bathroom had mildew in the shower and water spots on the ceiling. Pillows were very hard. Staff texted me three times without permission asking how my stay was going.

Great for a business trip. It was close to my conference but a better price than that property.
