We stayed at the property for 1 week. Below are the positives and negatives.
Positives consisted of the front of house staff. Every single employee at the front desk was courteous and welcoming. They always had a smile and were willing to help.
Negatives consisted of during our entire stay.
1. Housekeeping changed out our trash and towels 1 time in a week! We had to bring our trash downstairs and ask for toilet paper. Never cleaned or made the beds.
2. The air conditioner in our room was so loud and banged the entire time it was in use, also noticed what we think was mold around it.
3. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked the majority of the time in a busy hotel, which meant we used the stairs frequently. Also, they allow pets which is fine, but at some point an animal pee’d in the elevator and it sat there with a wet floor sign over it for days…
4. When items ran out at the breakfast buffet, they did not replace them. So if you have kids that love waffles think twice as they never replaced them after the first day running out.
Overall, would I stay here again? For the front office staff experience yes as they were lovely, but with the other items taken in to consideration NO. I truly hope this rating gets to the owners and they are able to amend the issues listed.
