Unfriendly staff at check-in, although much better the rest of the trip. The bathroom was a little dirty (hairs on floor). There were crumbs in the desk chair as if no one had even done a solid job cleaning. One of our rooms was a suite with a sofa bed. They told us they had no more sheets or bedding for the sofa bed. It is ridiculous that there is not sufficient bedding at a hotel, and they were rude about it. Overall it was okay, especially as we were out of the hotel most of the day, but I would not come back.
