The staff at this hotel is wonderful. Very accommodating. The room was delightful. Quiet, excellent quality of furnishings, the bathroom was spacious. Great place great value. I look forward to returning soon.

The staff was courteous and friendly ~ the room decor was eclectic and lovely. The room was spotlessly clean. Overall I had a great experience. My only complaint was that the hallways are quite dimly lit ~ I would have preferred a little more light.

We had a slight issue with our room when we arrived but it was handled immediately and professionally by the great staff. We were given an upgrade which we tried to refuse but they insisted we take.

No food to be found in our near the hotel before 8:30AM (not even room service). Not great if you have an early start to your day. Coffee service in the hotel starts at 6AM. No hot chocolate, nothing for kids. Also asked for tooth brush and toothpaste when I checked in because my daughter forgot hers and they never brought it. Service meh.

This is a nice, modern style renovated hotel in an old, historic building. We liked the interior of the hotel and the rooms were massive for a big city (I'm used to postage stamp rooms in NYC). The things we didn't love were that there was a constant, loud humming from the room fridge that was always on, the bathroom entrance is right next to one of the beds (so whoever sleeps there is going to be looking into the bathroom all night), and the parking is across the street. Otherwise, it's a really nice hotel and I would recommend it.

Beautiful hotel, very clean. The front desk clerk when we checked in was very soft-spoken and difficult to understand. The room was gorgeous however not as sound-proof as one would like. Hallway and noise from other rooms until the wee hours disturbed sleep. In spite of having the do not disturb sign on our door, ten minutes before check out the maid banged repeatedly on our door. I had to tell her we'd be leaving in a few minutes and that she would have to come back. Granted check- out was busy, the valet took 30 minutes to get the car. You were instructed not to wait outside for your vehicle and that you'd receive a text when ready. We waited inside, never got a text but noticed my car was sitting outside. Then there was no valet outside so I could retrieve the key. Seems like they were short-staffed. Overall it was nice but don't think I'd stay again.
