Check in was not great. Valet guy approached quickly and oddly without much explanation then disappeared. The lady at the reception desk was sullen. No greeting. Just demanded ID and CC without even looking up and no “please” or other engagement. It was an unpleasant welcome to what otherwise seemed to be a nice hotel.

Everything was great! Unfortunately, the Commoner restaurant that we had planned on having breakfast at was shut down due to a drainage problem. They more than made it right for the unfortunate circumstances. They offered suggestions, but since we are familiar with the area, we decided to head out to the strip and eat at one of our favorites, which is Pamela‘s. Staff is always courteous and willing to please. We will stay there in the future again.
