The lobby was spectacular. It took too long to get hot water in the sink in my room (eco friendly?)
Two big events happening so not able to enjoy lounge area which was disappointing.
The location was great. It was clean and the service was excellent.
Lovely classic hotel however the main dinning area was closed. This should have been disclosed prior to booking.I was completely shocked by the total absence of masks for the staff and employees. Shame on the company for putting staff and guests at risk in this wreck less way. Once again, people are collateral damage as long as business is booming. Also, with a $38’overnight valet fee and the room rate, should a guest really have to pay for internet- this harkens back to the day of charging foe local calls-its bogus!
Great location, valet parking very convenient
Visit reminds me - why stay at any other Pittsburgh hotel? Price is competitive but you get so much more space and a feeling of old-school luxury
Great staff and service!
Nice, grand old hotel with modern bathrooms.
Everything was fine or good.
I liked the location it was outstanding. The carpet is dirty and drungy and needs replaces. Looks like since the 90's and looks like hasn't been cleaned in 18 months. Room smelled dingy like old smoke
Just a nice beautiful hotel. However, when I got lost on the 8th floor and seeing rooms and halls with lefts and rights, all I could think of was the twins in The Shining popping out along with REDRUM drums pounding. My windows on exsterior were dusty is only complaint.
Beautiful old hotel that has been restored to it's former glory. Very clean. Quiet room. Modern fixtures. Located in downtown Pittsburgh within walking distance of restaurants and businesses. A little dissapointed that this hotel with a history of legendary room service, no longer has any. Parking is $20 a day in the garage across the street. Overall a positive experience.
Historic property but quite 'down at heel'. The couch in my room belonged in a yard sale. The staff were nice. But, there was no toilet paper or drinking glass in my bathroom.
The Omni William Penn in downtown Pittsburgh is a challenge to get to, but once you hand it off to the valet, it's a great home base for exploring the inner city. We were surprised to see all of the activities and outdoor dining.
Na
Friendly and helpful staff.
In the middle of Downtown Public transit right outside the Entrance Excellent breakfast at Speckled Egg right next door!!
Needs a refresh.
