I would stay again. Historical building. Comfortable room and bed. strong shower and working ac. Charles on text was very helpful to resolved kinks I had during my stay. There were a few kinks during our stay - Bell desk was a bit unfriendly and nonchalant. Our bags didn’t get to our room still after 75 min. Had to chase them for it - wanted to charge me $10 for receiving an Amazon package sent there. Ridiculous so I refused - had to go ask them to remove internet charges from my stay since I joined their loyalty program this should be automatic - inconsistent communication- at checkin they told me free water and just come down and ask for more when I need. Next night I ask for more, they said only first two bottle are free. They ended up giving me two more for free but it was just unpleasant to set the wrong expectations.

Lovely property. Couldn't be more pleased with the physical aspects and with the staff. The only thing keeping me from a 5-star review are the Wi-Fi options. You are given two options for paid Wi-Fi, but with the promise of free internet access if you join their membership rewards program (which I did do, though the process is a bit more involved than most). However, even after joining, I could find no way to access the "free" Wi-Fi option for members. So many travelers need/use Wi-Fi. It would be nice to have an effective option for functional internet access, without having to pay an additional fee. Otherwise, though, we loved the Omni William Penn.

More positives than negatives but that bathroom?

There were more positives than negatives. The hotel is in a great location for PNC park (about a 20 minute walk) and close to the theater district. Majority of staff were very attentive. We did have one very negative experience the bar but we just let it go, not worth complaining about. The only real negative was the bathroom. It was the smallest batheroom I have ever seen. About 2 feet wide for sink and toilet. No shelving to place things. We were only there two nights but if we were staying there longer we would have ask to move. Do not know if all bathroom are like that. Just avoid room1005.

The toilet was directly behind the bathroom door so no one could come in without getting smacked by the door. Other than that the room was clean but dated. The bed was too soft for us older folks. Otherwise the experience was lovely and the Terrace restaurant was very special experience in the hotel.
