Overall we had a pleasant experience. Room was clean, a little small, but that's not unusual for hotel rooms in a major city. The last day we were there, however, I left my apple phone charger plugged into the socket on the lamp by the bed, when I came back it was gone. I informed the front desk and their only response was it couldn't have been the person who cleaned our room because, "He is very French!" Well someone stole it, and the manager couldn't have cared less and did literally nothing to rectify the situation. In the end its not a big deal, its only a $20 phone charger. I'm just more annoyed by this situation and lack of response. The hotel is nice, but if you stay here I'd recommend you lock up EVERYTHING in the safe.

Had a great time. We’re slightly disappointed that all of the bars/lounges stopped serving food by 11 pm when they were supposed to be open until 12:30 a.m. because there are not any late night food choices nearby. But, the hotel itself is great, clean and beautiful inside.

Close to everything we wanted to do in town. Excellent service in the lobby bar while we waited for our friends to arrive.

first time in pittsburgh

We arrived very early and decided to leave the luggage at bell desk and just struggle till the check in time, but to our bug surprise, we were offered a room immediately. Because we could rest in am, we had the best day in Pittsburgh and were able to see so much and enjoy it too. Thank you Omni!

check-in issues

Check-in was at 3pm but our room was not ready until 4:30. Therefore, we were late for our evening plans!

Beautiful hotel - gorgeous lobby, large and comfortable rooms. Front desk staff was very helpful. Fabulous location in downtown Pittsburgh, close to the ball park, museums, etc. I would stay here again!

eh just ok

The hotel could really use some updates. The faucets were squeaky. When you shower it sounds as though a helicopter is going to take off. We prefer a more modern feel. Hotel Monaco was booked, so we had to settle for here. Not the worst, but definitely not the best.
