Very happy with my stay. The staff friendly staff.

Loved the hotel and its location. Loved the staff and continental breakfast. Had two occasions when passing dogs in the hallway of the lobby that they barked. One of them actually charged my husband and came close enough to step on my husband's feet. When told to keep her dog in check, the owner said "he won't hurt you". Like we knew that! We tried to explain to her our concerns and she became nasty and threatened to let "him loose on you". I don't go on vacation to be threatened by dogs or their owners!

Really enjoyed our stay. They had everything and the comfort of home was there. PNC field is there and a lot of great places to eat in walking distance. shuttle to casino and all the places around with in three miles. Great people working there so helpful

Loved the location - $25/night made it a bit more pricey.

They should be obligated to tell you there is a fee to park your car when you book a room. There is no street parking so you have no choice but to pay the parking fee.

Breakfast was included and the hotel is in a great location. Right across from where the Pirates play.

I was staying at the hotel with my small children (18 months and 5) because our house was being painted. The first suite had not been cleaned. One toilet was dirty. I asked them to clean it, which they did. I thought the had been resolved. After dinner and bath, I had my daughter get in bed for story. The pillow case in her bed looked as if someone had been eating buffalo wings in it. I was disgusted. I attempted to call the front desk several times and nobody answered. So, I packed up all of our things and took my kids to the lobby in their pajamas. We didn't get into our second room until 930, disrupting our routine. Had it not been so late, I would have left. I usually have great experiences with the Residence Inn. However, this visit has compromised my confidence in the brand...

Hotel was excellent. We normally stay at it's sister hotel the Spring hills suites. Even more impressed with this room set up. Very room, great for 3 people. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was super clean. So great to have basically a full kitchen. Parking spots are very close and had to pay 25$ only down fall. We were able to check in early and utilize the free shuttle system for a trip to the strip district and back before the game!! Very impressed, will be staying at this hotel again soon!! Can't forget to mention complimentary breakfast.....awesome!

From the time we arrived the front door until we departed 3 days later we were treated special. Our stay was the best you could ask for. This hotel went out of their way to make our stay awesome. Very friendly staff at all levels. I highly recommend you stay here.

PERFECT LOCATION FOR A PITTSBURGH BASEBALL GAME, COLLEGE OR PRO FOOTBALL GAME. LOVED THE FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE AROUND PITTSBURGH.

Our first time to Pittsburgh. We are HUGE Steelers fans. This was a perfect location for a baseball or football game. Walking distance to good food. Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff was welcoming. We will definitely be back during football season.

We loved being able to walk right across the street to what the Pirate game. It was nice to have access to all of the restaurants too.

The coffee pot was broken. I needed to request a new one for the room. I also needed to request more towels because there were only two in the room when there were four of us staying in the room. The pool was unavailable because another guest had vomited in it. I understand the staff has no control over this and we could walk to another hotel for the use of their pool. That would be great but walking back to our hotel in 30° weather after swimming wasn't very appealing to me. The staff could of offered to shuttle us over, but they did not. I wasn't even informed of the unfortunate Unavailability of the pool as I checked in. The pool was a big draw for my two young children.

This hotel was very clean and great breakfast. However the noise was a little much. We were on the 8th floor and next to the highway. Plus starting about 7am we could hear doors slaming. I guess thin walls. I would stay downtown next time and pay a little more.

I would recommend this Hotel to everyone. I love the Pittsburgh Steelers and had this trip on "My Bucket List". The Hotel was fabulous in completing this dream. I loved the banner over the reception area that said "You're in Steeler Country". The hotel personnel were fabulous in helping us. The room was immaculate and Tim, the shuttle driver, was fantastic with our shuttle excursions. I want to go back again!

The staff are very helpful and the rooms are in great condition. It was located right across the street from PNC park and had a great view of the park from our room. The only thing I would of changed was the breakfast options we could of had a few more. All in all a wonderful stay.

This is the perfect location if you are going for a sporting event. Right across from PNC Park. All of the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Shuttle service is great too!! Rooms were new and nice.

Great location, across street from PNC Park and a couple of blocks from Heinz Field. 10 minute walk to downtown area, hotel shuttle for a 3 mile radius if needed, Friendly staff, Will recomend to anyone visiting the area.

While visiting my family took in a Pirates game. Location was unbeatable. Hotel staff was great. Room exceeded expectations. Only regret was arriving in Pittsburg late. Will stay here again!!

We were there to attend a concert at Heinz Field. We also visited other sites in Pittsburgh. The shuttle drivers were very helpful and courteous. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. and breakfast was a real treat! Rooms were wonderful. Our rooms are not what I had booked [...], but the hotel made arrangements for us
