The room was in good shape, the cost was good, we had three people so we needed the pull out couch bed to sleep on. We requested the items for the pull out bed at check in, waited an hour for the supplies, called the desk again, waited another half hour (now it’s around 11:30 pm), started walking to the desk to ask for a third time and came into contact with the person working our floor. He went down, got our items and brought them up to us. When you have to wait over 90 minutes to get a few items for your room, that is frustrating. The breakfast was good the next morning and check out was nice and easy. The other problem we had was the toilet leaking water on the floor.

Room was a great size, had a mini kitchen and ahd everything you could need for the perfect getaway. Sadly the closet doors were off the tracks and could not be put back on. Personally did not need it, did tell the front desk though. They have a great breakfast. Was warm and fresh.

“Parking is $27.” “The room is $350? And parking is $27?” Hotel doesn’t own the parking lot, why is that my problem Room is pretty nice but still overpriced, even for a suit, even for a Friday night. If noise bothers you bring cancelling headphones. DO NOT STAY HERE IF THERE ARE SPORTING EVENTS. ITS A NIGHTMARE. People started drinking at 7am and that’s how I was woken up. Pros: full suite is spacious. Huge bathroom. TV has a lazy Susan. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, downtown, Warhol Museum Cons: PRICE PARKING Walls are thin. People can be heard arguing, having sex, drinking at 7am on game day Bathroom needs a redo. Mold/water stains. Thermostat broken or malfunctioning? Never had a hotter room. Played with adjusted thermostat all night Couch has seen way better days Close to stadiums/sporting arenas
