The room was clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a terrific job. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. When I mentioned that I was using the microwave on the B to heat water for my tea. The young lady at the desk had an electric kettle sent up to my room.

The room was very clean and neat. Front desk clerks were very friendly. Only draw back; the lobby was very cold, so trying to hang out down there was uncomfortable. Fireplace is for aesthetics only, it did not blow out any heat.

Compact, clean room, good view, and good price for a great location in downtown Philadelphia. However, the amenities and hospitality could improve. They promised to email me a receipt for my stay but never bothered to do it. There was no Keurig or kettle for making coffee or tea. Only a tiny table for your laptop and no chairs. They also didn't offer complimentary bottled water to all guests. Instead, they selectively offered water bottles at the lobby to Caucasian and Asian clients. I was never offered bottled water and was dehydrated the whole time since I don't drink tap water. The bathroom had soap, shampoo and conditioner but nothing else (e.g., no cutips, no combs or razor, no toothpaste, etc).

Staff was amazing...this is no reflection on them, but the hot water was not hot... although they did offer to come and sort out the issue, I had already showered. Walls are paper thin. Would recommend fully other than these things. Again, staff couldn't have been nicer and more accomodating!

This hotel is a great value for the price. It’s super clean, the rooms are compact but well designed and don’t feel small. The location is convenient to both the train station, sights, shops and restaurants. The Condesa in house restaurant was excellent.
