The room was clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a terrific job. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. When I mentioned that I was using the microwave on the B to heat water for my tea. The young lady at the desk had an electric kettle sent up to my room.

The room was very clean and neat. Front desk clerks were very friendly. Only draw back; the lobby was very cold, so trying to hang out down there was uncomfortable. Fireplace is for aesthetics only, it did not blow out any heat.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is great and the bar / restaurant in the lobby was one of our favorite spots in the city to get a late night drink and snack. This is a convenient location that’s walking distance to so much. I recommend not parking a car and walking or using an uber. Parking in this area is impossible.

Room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The hallways didn’t feel super great walking through alone and having to go all the way to the basement to get ice, whereupon there were no liners or lids for the ice buckets, wasn’t great. The shower had zero pressure.
