Nice property, room small but nice and quiet. Restaurants and bar options good. Immediate area a little tacky, but larger area in Center City nice. Only disappointment was a call to front desk and then hotel services to ask for a blanket. No response on phone from either, and never a callback. Can’t ever recall that happening at a hotel. Need to work on staff.

Motto Philadelphia

This is a charming hotel in a prime location, within walking distance of most city attractions. The lobby restaurant has a lively and fun vibe and the food is great. I requested a quieter room, and while there was no street noise, I could hear conversations from the next room—though it wasn’t very bothersome.The rooms are small but perfectly adequate, especially for solo travelers or if you not planning to stay much time in the room.Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

The property and staff were great!! However the “studio” is the same as a standard hotel room. They do not include parking and you have to walk to bring your stuff to the property (all local garages charge an extra $50) and there are a lot of homeless people surrounding the entrance especially late at night it can be sketchy. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and they provide everything you need during your stay.

The hotel is great for a lower cost quick trip. Staff was very friendly, communicative and helpful. Two items needed work in our room. The window shade was broken and would not go up and the ac unit made popping noises off and on all night. Think it’s mostly a reflection of putting up these lower cost hotels in the fastest way possible. Details may be missed.

This was definitely an experience. Check in was easy and staff was friendly, that was probably the only good part. My friends and I were in town for a convention , I get to my room and unpack) we had separate rooms) and everything started fine. We go to the convention, I came back to shower and get ready for night activities. There was a power outage( I’ll give it to the hotel, totally out of their control) but then there was a roach on the shower wall, and I heard something near the corner of the bed and this small mouse ran out. I go to tell the front desk agent who was a different one from who check us in because it was after shift change and the elevator was broke, so I had to walk up and down from the 7th floor. The new agent was able to transfer my room and gave me $30 off the hotel restaurant which was nice…if they weren’t completely booked the 2 nights I stayed there. But still it was thoughtful. But yes, lots of issues and probably won’t stay again, but I can not express how helpful and kind the front desk agents were

My stay at Motto by Hilton was excellent! The hotel is spotless, stylish, and in such a perfect location for exploring Philly. The staff were welcoming and made everything easy. The rooftop and café were a great bonus. The rooms are cozy, but very well designed. I’d happily stay here again!
