The room was clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a terrific job. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. When I mentioned that I was using the microwave on the B to heat water for my tea. The young lady at the desk had an electric kettle sent up to my room.

The room was very clean and neat. Front desk clerks were very friendly. Only draw back; the lobby was very cold, so trying to hang out down there was uncomfortable. Fireplace is for aesthetics only, it did not blow out any heat.

Steph at the Front Desk was super helpful and amazing! Housekeeping was a but agressive as they would knock on the door at 7:30am and again around 10am (even with the Do Not Disturb hanging on the doorknob). Room is also smal, however, location is perfect, hotel was clean.
