Great location, great price, and very nice staff. Wish we had gotten to the rooftop - but otherwise the hotel worked for a short stay! I do wish that modern hotels wouldn't make rooms SO sparse. The room was on the smaller side, but they definitely could have fit a small dresser or at very least a chair in the corner for a place to sit other than the bed. It seems like AI is designing hotel rooms these days. Other than minor inconveniences, it was nice, clean, and met our basic needs!

Reception staff were amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely property, very new. The only thing I could fault was an extremely noisy a/c fan. Would totally recommend staying here it’s in a great location and the coffee here is great and it’s locally roasted I’m told.

The hotel was nice and in a good location. Room is very small but clean and had everything we needed for one night. Only real issue is that room was not ready at check in time, lots of people waiting in lobby for rooms.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was small it is a micro hotel but well-equipped. The amenities in the bathroom were great. The breakfast available was more like a coffee shop. Fine for that first cup of tea (very well brewed!) or coffee. Very limited breakfast options for a more "traditional" breakfast in that area. I found NOTHING before 9 a.m. and I walked all over the neighborhood. The safety measures are excellent. There are no meal options in the hotel on Sunday outside of 12 noon to 4 p.m.

The Motto is clean, quaint and conveniently located in downtown Philadelphia. The staff was great. The on-site restaurant and cafe were added conveniences. The room was small but enough to make my stay comfortable. My bed squeaked a bit but was otherwise comfortable. The bathroom was modernly perfect.

Nice property, room small but nice and quiet. Restaurants and bar options good. Immediate area a little tacky, but larger area in Center City nice. Only disappointment was a call to front desk and then hotel services to ask for a blanket. No response on phone from either, and never a callback. Can’t ever recall that happening at a hotel. Need to work on staff.

The rooftop restaurant is very good. Paletas exceptional. Tortillas and chips- homemade. Service was excellent. Only complaint- room is too small not enough storage. One small bench to sit on. Bathroom about 3 feet from bed.
