The room was clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a terrific job. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. When I mentioned that I was using the microwave on the B to heat water for my tea. The young lady at the desk had an electric kettle sent up to my room.

I love this hotel! The front desk woman could’ve been a little friendlier, but whatever the rest of the hotel is absolutely fine! Nice Mexican food dining experience on the ground floor/lobby. Rooms are immaculate and linens are soft. Good beds, quiet. The price was right, I got one night on Expedia for $87. Make note that they do hold $150 for incidentals and that is returned once you check out. It’s my go to hotel when I’m in Philly.

This hotel was very modern, chic and comfortable. My view was amazing and the room was very clean. Upon check-in the 2 women at the front desk werent very polite or courteous. I waant greeted when i walked up and she just stood there waiting for me to i guess acknowledge her. My room was 1008, the only issue is that it was right by the elevators. All night, all i heard was metal scraping and loud noises from people getting on and off the elevator all-night. I didn't get any sleep because of that. Otherwise i would stay there again

This trip was to attend a conference in Philadelphia that I deemed relevant to my ongoing career transition/search. I am glad to get to know this lifestyle brand within the Hilton portfolio. It has a relatively young vibe and my overall experience was great. Personally, I would still go for stays where: (1) bathtub is in the bathroom; (2) a proper writing desk to use my laptop (the metal stand worked because of its weighty structure, but not my preference); (3) in-room amenities such as a coffee machine; and (4) has a business center where I can print, should there be a need to do so. Aside from these personal preferences, the periodical heating was definitely too loud throughout the night. Staff members were generally very helpful. I did not have breakfast because it is included in the conference I was attending.
