The property is very nice - I loved the onsite cafe and working spaces. The room was clean and tidy but very small. The street is ugly and noisy but a few blocks away is Rittenhouse square which is lovely.

Great stay for two nights for two people

check in process was extremely smooth. They provide free water bottles at the front desk and will hold your luggage! The hotel also has two restaurants and a coffee shop onsite on the first floor and rooftop. Didn't get a chance to check it out but it was very lively! After 9pm, the front doors will be locked so you will need to scan your room key to enter and use the elevator. our room had a mini fridge which was incredibly convenient for storing our water. Room was spotless and smelled really good. The room was really small with storage for your luggage under the bed but it was perfect for two people. i loved the bathroom and how spotless it was. truly a great experience and in a great location (walkable to SO many spots: bars, restaurants, museums, City Hall, Reading Terminal, etc). Absolutely recommend and would consider coming back next time we come to Philly.

My room was not cleaned until 630p at night and the surprise I had planned for my girlfriend was ruined as she walked into the cleaning lady instead of a nice clean room. Also the ice bucket was leaking.

Parking located across the street so it was very convenient for a city. Room was quite small and the walls were very thin between rooms. I heard the guy next door get up around 3am to pee. Gym was nice but no bathroom access had to run to restaurant on main floor to use. Overall cleanliness was decent overall for the room. I would boom here again.
