Front desk was great. Clean room. Quickly took care of what we needed. Went there for a show at the Mann Center.

Low staff, couldn’t check in till 1030pm. Lobby was a zoo. Had to get dressed in the public bathrooms in the lobby to make it to the wedding on time. Tried to check in and got resistance from staff after 4pm.

It was close by our event...and staff was friendly

Location good. Room good. Opted in for housekeeping which never came. Requested towels which never came. 3 night stay.

This was my first stay at this hotel and I was pleased with everything. The entire staff is very pleasant from the front desk staff, housekeeping, everyone I spoke with made the stay very inviting. Definitely will be coming back!

THIS WAS THE WORST STAY I COULD EVER IMAGINE. A complete nightmare. I stayed from the 18th-20th for my show at the Philadelphia MET. I ordered a superior room and expected great quality that would come from a 4 star hotel. What I expected was replaced with a stay completely lacking basic human needs. ALL THE ELECTRICITY AND WATER WENT OUT. I could not shower, brush, my teeth, flush the toilet, charge my phone, or even watch tv! I paid for an upgraded room for a prison experience. I had business early in the morning (5am) and NOTHING WAS ON. Had to go to the Hilton downtown and use my friends room to do basic human needs. I was disgusted by this unsanitary stay, especially before such a big event. I am horrified to even book with the Hilton again.

Very friendly and warm staff. Efficient check in and check out process.

The hotel is close to the center of the city. I was able to do errands and eat at various restaurants.

The room was very tiny. Did not look like the pics at all. We were tired from driving for 7 hours so we decided to deal with it the next day but we never got around to it. I didn’t like the room AT ALL I get like it was false advertising how different the room looked from the pics, like I said I was going to ask for another room but didn’t. Also the pool was tiny and there was no hot tub I feel like went with a bigger price point to get better stay but we should have just booked Marriot. The Hinton only good for its name . Also the coffeee that you had to order from the bar in the morning was 4$ and it was gross. For the 600& I spent on the room for 3 days I was not happy at all. I wanted to call customer service at Orbits the minute we walked into the room but we were tired and didn’t want to deal.

nothing negative to say...a wonderful stay...the bartenders pour a mean old fashioned...

Very nice property . Quiet, clean and quite easy . Staff very attedtative.

Very nice. Worried about some reviews but it was all good!!

Clean, cozy, great service. We stayed here for an event at The Mann Center because it was in close proximity. If I go to an event there again, I will stay here!

I had to ask for the room to be cleaned. The housekeeping service could improve.

Room was disgusting. One of the beds smelt like vomit and the sink was disgusting. We were only there for a couple hours so we could not change rooms. Staff was very friendly though. Sad to say I will not be staying at this location again.

Workout area clean, pool small, nice view, central

Thank you for your review. We apologize for your experience. Unfortunately, the outage was completely out of our hands. Utilities are operated by the city. Everything on property was in working order but the city had an outage that prevented us from being able to supply you and our other guests with these basic amenities. We understand your disappoint but hope you can provide us some leniency as we were at the mercy of the utility companies. We look forward to a future opportunity to have you stay with us!
