location was good room was very nice service people were all pleasant and helpful

Good location. Room was a little small. Comfortable bed and quiet room.

Great view, great service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is not plished enough....the environment needs improvement

Air conditioner was loud and did work well, room never got cooled off. Carpeting on the floor and had some debris on it when I got to the room. Shower had some mildew. No mini fridge. Needs insulation, could here doors opening and slamming late into the night and first thing in the morning.

Room had not been cleaned properly. Pillows and sheet had hair from previous guest.

It was great friendly staff in the heart of Philly.

Great location Pls be ready to pay thirty five bucks parking overnight Nice breakfast buffet Clean washrooms Small cozy rooms

Housekeeping only made 1 bed and left everything else the same, the other bed was undone! Even our 5 y/o was puzzled by that. Why did they even bother coming in? Manager needs a good talking with their staffs. If housekeeping was better, we'll stay again but a no no after that incident.

I thought it was expensive for the condition of the hotel. It seemed to be going through some renovations. Room was just OK. Food at restaurant was disappointing. Would have felt better about the stay if I did not pay so much.

Check-in was fine. Staff was nice and helpful. I cut my finger on a screw sticking out of the light switch panel upon entering the room! Bathroom not in good condition, and slippery shower floor is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I don't like smelling like men's scented soap and shampoos. Bed was comfortable. Noisy due to downtown noise and doors slamming loudly. Walk to convention center later in evening a bit sketchy. Overall so-so.

Several items in the room were consistently broken like the thermostat and one of the plugs. Breakfast was very nice and there were nice waitstaff in the dining.

The great staff keeps this rating from being a 2.

This hotel looks a lot better online. It appears that someone did a renovation directly over top of the existing décor and did not do a lot to blend the two together.

Took a quick trip to Philly for the weekend and this hotel was perfect. Hotel staff was friendly, parking was cheap and easy, and the location was great.

Good experience except lounge closes a bit too early..had to venture out at midnight for a cocktail as we were a late arrival. and had only warm water for shower...which is disappointing in the winter. Easy subway access to get to Army Navy game.

We had a fantastic stay, the room was clean, the staff was great. The Receptionist Tza Was absolutely amazing, made us laugh as soon as we walked in the hotel gave us menus to order out, gave us the wifi password without us asking. Absolutely the sweetest person and made our stay as great as it was. She deserves a raise! thank you tza!!!

Every person that worked at this hotel had a smile on their face, was friendly, and helpful. The front desk staff, maintenance guy in the elevator, and the restaurant crew. The lobby is fairly new and inviting. The only reason I didn't give the hotel a 5 star is that the room felt a little worn. However, it was very clean and comfortable. I would def stay here again.

I had a good experience. Convenient location, parking was $35. Hotel staff was very friendly. Free coffee in the morning.

Good location Great staff- went out of way to help Clean room Early check in permitted Late check out permitted
