We had great time stay like we always do. It’s great place north shore to stay wonderful staff !!!

Me and my fiancé arrived at different times. She a receive poor customer service and the hotel was not busy. They allowed large group of people to congregate around the check-in counter and didn’t acknowledge her. In fact they waited on people that came in after her, before her.

The heat did not work in our room and it was freezing cold

This hotel was comfortable and clean and I have no issues at all with my stay from that perspective. The staff were so unhelpful and inattentive that they made it seem like my questions and my stay in general were a burden to them. I didn’t have the opportunity to talk to a manager about that however. This could be a really impressive hotel if concierge payed more attention to their guests. That experience was disappointing enough to prevent me from staying or recommending it again.

The location is excellent and the staff is friendly. Being so close to the stadiums, I'm sure they get many rowdy sports fans so i can understand some of the issues we encountered (ex: ice in only one of their three machines, spillls of ??? on the elevator floor...) but other issues included the pool being closed without warning, the toilet in the room running, a horrible view of the parking lot and freeway and a $22 parking fee that was not mentioned when we booked the room. Also, the use of plastic cutlery at breakfast is disappointing... bad for the environment and just cheesy. Even with all that, I would stay again if it was for just one night.

Good breakfast choices. Large rooms. Easy access from parking to hotel.

AC could not keep up on the highest setting with the humidity. 3 days, 2 nights, ac at 65° and still muggy and humid. Sheets and pillows damp to touch.

I liked how close it was to both stadiums, disliked the drain in the bath tub. Looked to be broken
