We were on 5th floor. Hot water in the shower would not come until after 10 or more minutes of running water. There was no housekeeping service after 5 pm. If we wanted something we were asked to go down to the lobby and collect ourselves. Not expected at a Hyatt !!

We also love the rooms at Hyatt Place! Being so close to PNC Park was amazing. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast options.
The hotel was very clean. The only negative was no in-room safe. The motning breakfast was very good, including hot food ( eggs, pancakes, oatmeal, bacon, etc.). There was cereal, fresh fruit as well. Plenty of parking. One block from PNC Park.

Great hotel close to everything the North Shore has to offer! The pool looked like it needed cleaned or upkeep. The first room we were out in the air conditioner wasn’t working to cool off the room. Called the front desk and maintenance said it couldn’t be fixed. The front desk was very accommodating and switched our room without issue.
The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were swimming in some sort of liquid...The area was not being kept clean as people were going through. Room had stained carpet and not enough towels for each person. Check in staff was very friendly. Paying for parking is ridiculous, especially when you are spending over $200 a night.
I liked the location I didn't like that the staff was not wearing masks
I didn't realize it was under a highway. It was WAY too expensive for the location. There was a huge hair ball in my room.

You absolutely cannot beat the location or the accessibility! We are directly in between Heinz Field and PNC Park! Parking was conveniently on location. Wasn’t thrilled about the $20 charge especially when the lots is massive (and empty). The second we arrived we were greeted with smiles and the friendliest service possible. They made my son and I feel important and well taken care of. Then we got to our room which was beautiful, modern, and very spacious. This is a hotel that has definitely earbed my repeat business.
