Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport

Very good stay. Comfortable but with a few issues. Firstly, the pillows are quite thin. I had to use 3 pillows for support, with one of them folded over. Secondly, the toilet lever is rather hard to flush. I imagine for older guests, or those with arthritis, etc., would have quite a challenge flushing the toilet. Minor issues, but overall, a great stay!

Dogs were left unattended in a nearby room. They were barking for hours on end. We called the front desk, but because there was nobody in the room with the dogs they couldn't do anything. Our hotel dining experience was TERRIBLE! We had to flag down a server to be seated after waiting by an unattended host station for a while. Our food took forever to come out. We complained to the server about it and he expressed no empathy whatsoever. He just made excuses that he's working very hard and it's really busy (the dining room was more than half empty). After finally getting our food, the server never returned to check on us. On top of all of this our bed was very uncomfortable. It caved in when laying on it. Too many strikes for me to ever consider staying here again.

seems like just another corporate-meeting-hotel....by the airport. In the midst of a elaborate renovation. Still charging for Wifi like it's 2002....enough said.

I've stayed at Sheraton suites Philadelphia airport several times before and had no problems. I booked this hotel this past week with orbit and there was no mention of any kind of construction going on when I booked my reservation. If I'd known that the construction was going on I want not a book to this hotel. It wasn't a pleasant stay. I told the receptionist that I did not know that the construction was going on and she says it was posted on all sides well it wasn't an orbit. Enclosed is a picture of the view of outside of my room. And I also showed her that picture and she made a face. Bunny Carnahan

The pool was being renovated and there was no mention on the website that substantial renovations were being performed. Took away from the experience

Very nice hotel close to airport. Check in staffs are rude and lazy. Big minus with a big chain hotel like Sheriton.

Hotel is currently undergoing a major renovation and, as always, no mention of this on Orbitz when booking.

Not a bad option but the recent upgrades fall short. I had a recently renovated room that was clearly done in a hurry, the new wallpaper was bubbling, the sink was broke, the faucets weren't even installed and the fridge was still wrapped in plastic.

The staff was very friendly. The room was okay. However, the rooms did not provide a hair dryer, iron, or ironing board. You have to pay extra for internet, parking, pretty much everything is extra. It was in the middle of construction but when I reserved the room it did not state that info. The pool was closed which was one of the reasons we choose to stay here. They did offer to cancel the reservation & issue a refund but we did not want to have to search for a new place at that time.

Average hotel - good location and friendly staff but old facilities and fixtures

Very clean and comfortable the staff was very professional check in was fast and easy check out was the same my kids really enjoyed the pool they didn't wanna leave but we will be back n dec for sure the eat part of my stay was the hot tub I been to many hotels they didn't have one so this where me n my family will be staying when we wanna get away for a weekend

very hard to get a cab

Helpful staff, clean and comfortable. Friendly and courteous.

Was there on a 3-day business trip. Like the spacious suites. But couple of things were not to Sheraton standards. a) Both rooms in the suite had king size beds. There wasn't any desk to work on or a sofa in the front room. It looked as if there are two bedrooms with a common bathroom. b) The TVs in both rooms were pretty small compared to contemporary standards

We didn't have heat in our room it was 19 degrees outside

Nice place for the price, hotel staff is pleasant and fast, room is clean and nice. Down side is they make you pay for parking every 24hrs you're there. If I stay at hotels in NYC parking is comped and everyone knows how expensive NYC parking can be.

This was a nice trip with my girlfriend for the night, we went to see a concert. Room was clean and in a good location. Would definitely recommend again.

It is a good place for the family especially grandchildren and cousins.

Very nice hotel, close to airport but room was quiet.

We stayed at this hotel for a family trip to celebrate a birthday. It was convenient to the highway and event location. The room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the Starbucks in the lobby!

very comfortable stay, but...

Spacious suite. View of the airport lights at night was soothing. Comfy bed, but thin pillows.
