My son and I stayed here when we had to catch an early flight. Our room was clean and ready at check in. Friendly staff and the parking and shuttle service is very convenient !! The next time I travel I will be staying here.
The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. The doors slam around you all the time. The first room I was put in had been smoked in and was disgusting. One of the women at the front desk is very rude; we were supposed to have lounge access with the rate we booked but she didn’t load the access to our room keys. When we asked about it, she gave us attitude and reluctantly updated one room key (though she confirmed it was in our contract). I got room service one night which I was told would take 30 mins and took over an hour. A maintenance guy knocked incessantly on my door even though I had the do not disturb sign on at 815pm. The chef in the kitchen (we ate in the restaurant too) does not understand the concept of medium or medium rare for steak; ours came out super tough. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Only soft items have been replaced in the rooms. Still sofa and chair had multiple stains. Air conditioning does not work properly. Furniture has chips mini fridge is old never replaced and full of frost. Given a different room to look at it, which appeared to have better air conditioning unit and no stains on the sofa and chair. However the bath had stains on the ceiling above and the horror story was waiting in the bedroom with the absolutely disgusting comforter. I chose to stay with the original room. I could not sleep well during my stay with the ac constantly shutting down and the pillows were old and uncomfortable ..they somehow missed the multi million dollar refurbishment and the thought of the comforter from the previous room could not be erased. I could not wait to leave. I was offered a late checkout but chose NO! Manager at front desk unfriendly and uncaring as well. Nice helpful staff in housekeeping but they have a losing battle here!
We LOVE this hotel!!! The staff is extraordinary. Three young ladies stood out among them. Ms. Brenda, Ms. Octavia and Ms. Ikea. Ms. Brenda made sure we got a room to watch the planes come in. My son loves that. What a wonderful time we had. So clean and elegant. Thank you Sheraton Suites
Found two ticks in the room. I spent few hours in the room because my flight got diverted to Philly. I arrived at 2AM and left around 430AM. I told the front desk person about it and did nothing other than offer me the Manager's biz card. I emailed and called the Manager, and Director of Rooms... 5 days later I have received no response.
Good facilities, nice service and all you need for a good night rest after a long journey. Also a good place to explore the city and area around. Beds and suits were clean, well furnitured and good serviced. Recommended for business travelers.
great staff! be sure to check in with the beautiful ms. Mercedes! she was amazing during check in, she made me feel very special and for that i will never forget her. The room was amazing by the way and housekeeper octavia was amazing as well she helped me with bedding toiletries
Greg with the airport shuttle staff is very friendly and helpful! A smile goes a long way when you are on an extended business trip. He is an asset to your organization. I am in the service industry as well, and understand the value of kindness.
I stayed at this hotel because it's close to my office in Philadelphia. The room is nice and spacious, but the staffs were unhelpful and rude. I always have a good impression to Sheraton's chain, but this hotel is a disappointment on their service. It definitely need improvement.
Front desk staff had an attitude. The hotel is far away from the city. There’s a shuttle provided by the hotel to a Hypermarket. The room was big , really big. The king size bedroom and separate place for Tv and big couches with table. There’s small kitchenette ( sink) in the room. However , I found few things on the carpet ( broken fork) Overall , is not bad . Do not expect much.
