Westin staff were pretty sad looking with no energy to smile or provide pleasant hospitality. They all seemed very bored and non chalant. The first room we got was pretty dilapidated. Ripped carpets, dusty, blankets or comforters that were undersized. The second room we shifted to was better. But still I would have expected better quality for Westin. The valet parking folks and greeters were also not very welcoming and seemed to do the job for the sake of it. I will not book this hotel again in Phili.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were super nice and professional. We enjoyed the restaurant on site a lot. The valet were top tier and the bellman was quick and knowledgeable about Philadelphia. We would definitely go back again.
