Everything was walking distance to the entertainment

The service was outstanding which was remarkable considering the pandemic. Everyone was helpful, cheerful and kind.

Great service. Excellent location, if your staying downtown.

Great location. Friendly staff. Place is perfect.

The hotel is nice but had several small issues. Mini fridge in room was broken, toilet seat cover was broken. I had ordered uber for breakfast and my driver left food at front desk, front desk called me 30 min later to tell me food was there after going back and forth with uber and food being cold. The ceiling in room had wet spots and was peeling. PARKING is $45 for 24 hours you can not come in and out for that price. Which they had told me when i called it would be $45/day to come and go during my stay. No Valet

Very beautiful, everyone was friendly, room was very nice. Plenty to do/eat in walking distance.

Good service from staff and room was clean but it was way overpriced.

proximity to event was perfect. Room was fine; beds very comfortable; bathroom tub had patches & water pressure was a bit off but shower overhead felt like rain--wonderful!

Loved the guys at front desk and hospitality desk!! Bellman were great too! Very nice hotel and staff!. Bartender was great and gave us lots of ideas (Started with L). I wish I remembered the names of the guys that helped us. Great trip! Will be back!

Great option when in town for business and within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. There is also a public self parking garage right next door which was a pleasant surprise.

This hotel is abusing its customers by charging them for use of the minibar when there's no such use. Their system is very fraudulent, charging you anytime you lift up an item in the fridge, as it is all electronically coded in there. Their trick is this: before you check in, they take out a few items from the minibar fridge, and then charge you after you're gone as if you consumed them (or never refill the fridge after the previous guest has left and uses some items). Good luck trying to get in touch with the hotel staff, on the phone or via email, as this hotel NEVER answers emails or phone calls/messages left for them at their answering machine... Very disappointing (and costly); no value for money.

Close to restaurants and shopping. Dog friendly. Nice room. would stay again.
