I paid and requested a room with a bathtub but did not receive one.

Great location…due to covid many of my favorite local restaurants have closed however

Thanks and good job!

Great place but no parking

Our room smelled like weed. The receptionist was super accommodating and apologetic. However, the walls are paper thin and we did not sleep because we heard our neighbors “partying” all night.

My boyfriend and I went to Philly for the weekend and we stayed at The Logan. The room was nice, clean, and it had everything we needed. Checking in the service was quick and easy and the day time staff is helpful. Things seriously went downhill at night due to a group having rooms on either side of ours which made it difficult to get any sort of sleep. The first night wasn’t as bad, it was just doors slamming from going in and out of rooms which we dealt with. The second night, however, there was some sort of party going on because there was screaming, fighting (yes fighting) and slamming doors. I called the front desk twice where they sent security up but that did absolutely nothing. At 4:15am the wall with my headboard and night stands shook so bad that the stuff on the nightstand moved. I finally had had enough and banged on the wall. My next step was going downstairs to demand them to take some action and also start the process of giving me a full refund for the stay. The night staff doesn’t know how to handle noise complaints. I was able to speak to the daytime manager in the morning who gave me a full refund. All in all I wouldn’t stay there again due to lack of managerial ability at night.

While I love a beautiful hotel, it all goes away if I don’t feel comfortable taking a shower- we switched rooms twice and the bathtubs were stopped in both rooms, the showers just didn’t feel as luxury as the lobby and that’s a deal-breaker for me. Staff was super friendlyand wouldn’t take anything away from them, it’s more about maintenance

The staff at the hotel is very polite and professional. The hotel overall is clean, however i had some issues with them not collecting the trash when it was left outside. If I’m there for 4 days and they can’t clean the rooms due to covid, i expect someone to come around and pick up the dirty towels, trash and room service dishes. Also I’m highly allergic to down pillows. So although they gave me cotton pillows (which i requested) they failed to mention that the comforter had feathers in it. They feathers kept coming out and I had issues with my asthma because of it the whole stay. Our heat didn’t work when we first got there. They had nice electricians that came in and fixed it.

Loved the eclectic, unique and stylish artwork. The Room was nice and the staff was friendly. My massage in the Underground Spa was phenomenal. Free WiFi would have been the only thing that would have made our stay better. All in all, very luxurious.

It felt like an Oasis in the middle of the city. The Roof Top is a must to experience just before dinner or after winding down before turning in. Overall, the staff provided excellent service and they made every effort to make our experience in Philly pleasant despite the limitations caused by COVID-19. The Logan is a Gem.

Gorgeous hotel, amazing restaurant and bar. Very clean rooms and great bed! I will definitely return and recommend!

Good location. Clean and good restaurant. Parking was way overpriced. Use the public garage next door if possible.
