The room itself was great, and we had a good experience overall. My only piece of constructive feedback is about the front desk interaction. I noticed the staff being very warm, conversational, and friendly with several guests ahead of us in line. However, when my girlfriend and I approached, the energy felt noticeably different — much shorter and less engaging. I’m not sure if it was intentional or just an off moment, but it did make us feel a bit overlooked. I’m sharing this in hopes it helps improve the consistency of guest interactions, because everything else about the stay was wonderful.

We stayed at the Logan because of its prime location and the fact that they are right within the Thanksgiving Parade route. Check-in was speedy and welcoming and the room was comfortable and had a wonderful view. We did have an unsatisfactory experience with in-room dining for breakfast. Our food took a little over two hours (!!) to arrive despite multiple calls to room service and front desk to follow up. As a constructive suggestion, we hope that the staff will be more forthright in communication and honest to the guest if there will be a significant delay. The food was eventually delivered by the manager who was unaware of the whole situation but was gracious and apologetic when we told her of our concern.

The hotel needs some upkeep. The carpets were dirty, the walls need repair from the cleaning carts rubbing against the walls, and the rooms were dusty.
