Excellent staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable Location is perfect
Rude manager at check in ,cast a shadow on entire vacation , french fries from previous guest in bathroom not cleaned all four days , alarm clock set loud ,not by us , going off in the middle of night we unset and it happened again the next night
The location of this hotel was convenient for the weekend event we attended & easily accessible to Route 95 which is the Route we depended on to visit downtown PA (as well as, travel from MA to PA). We utilized the hotel, strictly, for our boarding needs & would DEFINITELY REVISIT!!!
Nice ,clean hotel. Staff very friendly. If I have to come back to NE Philadelphia, I will definitely will stay at this hotel again
There were people running around above us and in the hallways all night. ZERO water pressure in the shower.
Nice hotel. Unfortunately one of the hotel rooms out of the three that we booked did not smell that great. For such a rate, I did not expect such a major service issue. Since I checked in very late, and was only staying there one night I didn't bother having them fix it. The other rooms were good.
Hotel was fine. Staff was kinda rude when it was time to check me out.
everybody at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. Overall very clean and comfortable.
I stayed here for a business trip. The room was clean, everything was as I expected it to be. No real frills, and breakfast was not included with my room (how come?) but overall, I'd recommend this hotel if you are passing through.
We stayed the night it was ok.....room was clean. Shower had a bunch of hair against the shower walls. When we got in room only had no towels. We called housekeeping and they said there was a shortage......but all in all it was a place to rest our heads.
Great hotel. Super friendly staff . Shuttle to the train station was awesome.
The staff is very professional and extends temselves for the guests. The property is good and has a comfortable room. I have had a little challenge with the HVAC although I have that now figured out. A little more TV selection would be nice. The wifi signal is strong and quick.
I had a good experience with the hotel besides the fact that 1 of my beds where broke
Nothing bad, but nothing great. Fine for a one or two night's rest. Slept great which is maybe all that matters, but it was a strange hotel. Hotel room is 50% (nice bed, TV, and decent bathroom) updated and the other 50% needs attention bad. They've band aided the hotel by improving some areas of the room while others just look awful. The heating system is circa 1980's or 1970's and doesn't work well. The common areas still show their wear. SImply put, they tried rebranding this hotel by bandaiding over the age of it and it just didn't work great. You can still tell it's an old, old hotel.
Breakfast should be included for the price that you pay!
While there were a few questionable characters that appeared in the hotel lobby throughout my stay, it was a decent place overall. I was in town visiting a friend and this was the closest hotel I could find. Reasonable distance from trains to the city, though not walking distance, and within walking distance of multiple locations to eat. Reasonably clean, friendly staff. Would stay again, but only if I was visiting the friend who lives there.
i enjoy my stayed at this friendly beautiful hotel. I felt at home.
We booked a last-minute room, having to attend a funeral. The room was definitely adequate for our purposes, but the shower was hard to work and the water in the sink wasn't warm. The breakfast was overpriced so we went across the street for half the cost. It turns out that a bill was placed under our door in the morning which was $20 cheaper than quoted by the hotel's website and also $20 cheaper than by the travel site we used.. We had to pay the travel site price.
