WORST. Experience in my entire life. Hotel didnt have hot water for the shower. I was told , they were going to turn on the water in the room next door to see if they had it. Didnt do anything. Also WOULD'VE BEEN AWESOME to know about the 100$ hold on my card AND THD 60$ PARKING fee. Never again!!!!!

There is a gym on-site, and the lobby/bar/restaurant is very nice. The rooms have updated furniture, but the flooring is old and stained, and the poor ventilation in the bathroom creates a haven for mold and bacteria. The room was otherwise clean. However, a mouse visited my room nightly. Staff is amazing, and I'm sure they would have switched my room if I had asked.

Wow first, they were double booking people throughout my stay. Then the room was filthy😡 even the phone has visible dirt all over it, I found pills on my bathroom sink. Along with a musty smell that couldn’t be broken, absolutely know ventilation for the room. So when you shower all of the steam is stuck in the room, if you shut the door, the steam is absorbed by the toilet paper then it’s damp😡 it was just one thing after another. This was my choice in Pittsburgh on several occasions but after this stay, they’ve lost a customer! There are to many competitors in the city to tolerate this type of service. I’ve decided to change the name from Sheraton to Shiterton!

Everyone was very helpful. Bit outdated. However they are trying

GGood Location by the River, Good view of the city on other side of river.

We ordered room service. 2 flatbread pizza's...on both half was burnt and half still uncooked. Called for them to be replaced. The replacement food took nearly an hour. Supervisor that dropped off asked for the 1st inedible pizzas back. Which we happily showed him . He was rude and commented that maybe we were too picky.

There is nothing more to say, it was very fine. I would recommend,

Location was nice and rooms were clean with a great view
