Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square

Not worth the price. The front desk staff were not dressed very professionally and check-in was very slow. It was a bad first impression. Parking was very expensive and inconvenient. Gift shop was closed in the middle of the day. The room service menu stated that dinner was available from 11am-11:30pm, but when I called at 10:42pm to order a late dinner, I was told that room service was no longer taking orders. This was a major inconvenience. A wedding party had taken over the restaurant/bar area of the hotel so I had to leave the hotel and walk to a restaurant at 11pm to get dinner.

Beautiful hotel with view of city and rivers. Nice pool and pleasant, very helpful staff with only one exception: one stubborn check-out clerk needed much argument to not overcharge me for parking, where machines don't work well. Another kindly shared a desk computer when Wi-Fi was not working. Fixing these problems would rate all EXCELLENT.

close to walking to Station Square and so nice there but dont like paying to park

Great location. Near everything you need. Hotel is pretty modern inside from the look on the outside. Yournright on the water with a ton of restaraunts to walk to.

Very elegant and comfortable. Prices of parking garage were expensive but overall loved the hotel

Room needs updated!!, Bathroom not really clean, urine on the toilet seat, the water tank on the back looked like it was going to fall off. The small room refrigerator broke & ruined the food we had In it. The air conditioning unit made a loud noise when it turned on. Can not believe the swimming pool is up to code!! Several of the tiles were broken or missing along the sides of the pool & hot tub. the hot tub is just warm water, no "jets" for the messaging action.

Great location and classic hotel in station square. Easy access to Heinz Field via the T or Gateway Clipper

Hotel was nice I must say. But, I would have thought better of the hotel staff if a guest left something behind. The lost and found is a JOKE! I would not have expected this from a Sheraton, I left a shirt behind which was totally my fault but, I thought surely staying at a Sheraton they would have a system that patrons would be assured that their property is respected. I guess thats not the case, I guess its Christmas at the Sheraton with lost items!!!!!!!

The hotel was very accommodating for our 30yr class reunion. We had a great time and the staff was amazing.

AC unit had black dust, the bath room tile grout was multiple colors.

allowed us to check in early, kind and friendly, beds slept great

From the check in to check out nothing was easy at the Sheraton Station Square. The front desk staff seem put off when a customer showed up. When I asked about the parking I was told it was $25 a day. I mentioned that the hotel must make a lot of money with the parking fee and the person on duty said "Well I'm sure not getting any of it at $12.00 an hour". Inappropriate comment at best.

Came to town for pirate game. Was not disappointed

The room AC unit ran loudly all night, then the second stage kicked in and it became almost unbearable. But the final part was when the room next door had the same loud AC and we could hear it. Got little sleep, but the finale was when I mentioned it to the check out person at the front desk, it was casually acknowledged, and not noted anywhere for any corrective action. I probably won't stay there again.

Good location. Parking way too expensive for a place that has no public transport. Floor carpets shabby. Breakfast buffet without salads. Air conditioner noisy.

Good hotel Air handling is not good - feels cold even at the setting of 70 Bed is average comfort

My wife and I stayed on the club level and went to breakfast shortly before 10 am, continental breakfast was included in our package and was to run until 1030 am. A item, which would have fulfilled breakfast, was left to a few miniscule scrapings and the attendant was notified. We were informed that breakfast would be ending shortly. The attendant could have, with no apprehension, notified the kitchen to have the item that was missing sent to the club lounge so the satisfaction of the package that was purchased was fulfilled. Very disappointing!

Paint is peeling in a $200 king suite, room service knocked on our door every 30 minutes, she definitely let us know she was cleaning the rooms next to us.

Great hotel- very beneficial to have complimentary shuttle available

i'm not sure how much more I can say by uploaded pictures of a rat living in my closet made me very uncomfortable I hope I don't contract a disease the hotel said only Orbitz can compensate me for my woes
