A noisy room ruined an otherwise decent stay

Received a room directly by the elevator which beeped all through the night, coupled with noisy people congregating while they waited for the lift. Very hard to sleep with all the noise. Really disappointed.

Stayed for a small conference. The hotel staff servicing the conference was excellent. The food at the conference was quite good. Facilities were in great shape. Rooms are comfortable, with excellent views of the river and downtown. Loved the rising table for those of us who like a standing desk!

The property was great. However, you can tell the property needs some renovations. The ceilings had cracks where you can tell it was some type of water damage. I didn’t understand having to pay for parking $34 a night in a garage when you’ve already paid for the hotel itself. Nonetheless the staff was amazing from the front desk to the bartenders.
