Good location. Parking way too expensive for a place that has no public transport. Floor carpets shabby. Breakfast buffet without salads. Air conditioner noisy.
Good hotel Air handling is not good - feels cold even at the setting of 70 Bed is average comfort
My wife and I stayed on the club level and went to breakfast shortly before 10 am, continental breakfast was included in our package and was to run until 1030 am. A item, which would have fulfilled breakfast, was left to a few miniscule scrapings and the attendant was notified. We were informed that breakfast would be ending shortly. The attendant could have, with no apprehension, notified the kitchen to have the item that was missing sent to the club lounge so the satisfaction of the package that was purchased was fulfilled. Very disappointing!
Paint is peeling in a $200 king suite, room service knocked on our door every 30 minutes, she definitely let us know she was cleaning the rooms next to us.
Great hotel- very beneficial to have complimentary shuttle available
i'm not sure how much more I can say by uploaded pictures of a rat living in my closet made me very uncomfortable I hope I don't contract a disease the hotel said only Orbitz can compensate me for my woes
We chose the Sheraton due to location and positive reviews. I'm very disappointed. Our room wasn't ready on time, then the staff didn't call us when it was ready, which caused them to be out of the type room we had reserved. Add to the fact that our room was dirty and well, it wasn't a pleasant stay. If you are a discerning traveler, there are better options in downtown.
Right next door to hard rock, bar Louie, Joe's Crab Shack, melting pot, houlihans and many other restaurants.
Rooms were clean with a big comfy bed. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The price of $21 per day to use the hotel parking was salty. I would recommend parking in the garage next door. Shopping, bars and ferry to the stadium are very close by. A great experience.
This hotel had great river views and was located near many restaurants. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced. The reason for the cleanliness rating is because the shower ceiling looked as though it was going to collapse on us. The paint/plaster was chipping badly around the light fixture in the shower. Other than that, it was clean. I would stay there again.
Hotel was very nice but our room had an odor of smoke.
The original room I was assigned smelled like a smoking room and had a strong odor and the staff immediately moved me to a room that had no odor.
I have stayed here a few times. Super good staff and all is good!
I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and is always very consistent. Nothing extravagant, but clean and comfortable.
Definitely not worth the money. Our room was next to the elevator and a crazy wedding party kept us up all night. The room was not clean- a pill under the bed, long hairs on the bathroom floor and dried blood on the shower curtain. You expect more for almost $300. Never again.
good service, but the hotel is very old. parking is an issue, have to pay extra bucks.
We had a wonderful time sneaking away to Pittsburgh for my wife's birthday. The hotel was clean and it was very close to many of our favorite things to do in Pittsburgh.
Clean nice and fun. So many amenities. Nice pool and hot tub. Tons of restaurants around
The hotel is in a great location, the staff is very kind and hotel is a good experience
This hotel is in a wonderful location and the staff and rooms are great. We added on an extra night in Pittsburgh on the front end and the hotel we were staying in the next two nights was booked so I chose this one. I wish I had known I would have stayed here all three nights! We will definitely stay again!
