Clean rooms with no fuss. Perfect for what we were looking for.

Room size was great, breakfast was great.pool area was not well kept.Theres a dirt film around the top of the pool. The room was a bit dirty as well.behind the bed and fridge area was alot of dust and who knows what. The faucet in bathroom looked liked nobody has ever cleaned it.I love staying at Holiday inn Express but this is not one.

We had a suite, it was a lovely spacious two room area. Sofa and stuffed chair. Dining table and desk, etc.

Cramped room. Neither TV nor coffee maker worked.

The staff is excellent but the room was disappointing. Linoleum floor was like sleeping in a basement rec room. Horrible pillows, bed not great. Clean but mediocre. Poorly marked and hard to find.

It was not clear, Staff was not good. No microwave and refrigerator was available

The staff was friendly and accommodating but this hotel backs the train tracks. We got very lucky and our room was on the opposite side of the tracks which was great for noise prevention but not so great view of industrial yards with bright lights. Overall, the room was very clean and comfortable and great value for the size of the room but I probably would opt for something away from this area next time.

My functions were in New Kensington area and this was probably the best hotel closest to my functions. Friendly staff, breakfast fare included. Hotel in safe area. Just off PA turmpike exit with shopping nearby.

The staff was very nice here, and you cant beat the location being right off the turnpike. Best included breakfast I've ever seen. One big problem was that the pool was shut down. Some may not care, however I specifically looked for a nice place WITH a pool because of traveling with a child for a ten hour drive in a car, and having tedious tasks to do during the days, it was the special perk I planned for her to make the trip fun. It's not like they don't know when they are going to schedule big maintenance and they could take one minute to post it on their website so that it comes as no surprise. It was a huge factor for picking their hotel and it was a huge deal for a kid when that's what I promised the whole time and there was nothing I could do to make it better. Pretty lame to not give a heads up.

Everything was fine for the price I paid for except for the room was a little small for 5 adults. also, I did not get additional bed as an option for the 5th guest upon booking . I was told by the manager that I should have called them even though I made that request as an option. Who is responsible for this situation?

It was good, right next to the PA turnpike. Definitely worth the penny

It was a nice hotel for a weekend stay. Staff was courteous, breakfast and coffee were good. Room was clean, comfortable. Food options nearby. Nice stay.

This hotel is in a convenient location, very clean and the staff was most kind and helpful. I would stay there again on our next trip to Pittsburgh!

I thought all the hotels under Holiday Inn chain should be the same if not better. The corridors were stinky and so were the room. It was hard to spend a night with kids in smoking room though we reserved a non smoking one. Location was not good either as it was surrounded by other smaller ones like Super 8 and Days Inn. I would not recommened it to anyone!

Check in was horrible! Breakfast was worse...Pool was tiny with NO TOWELS...NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!

No problems what so ever. Great breakfast in the morning.

Went to Harmarville for a wedding and needed an affordable place to stay for the night. The Holiday Inn Express is right off the PA Turnpike and very easy to find. Plenty of restaurants in the area as well as a decent breakfast spread at the hotel. Would stay there again if in the area.

Perfect location - restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

I really liked how close everything was that we needed. I was there on business and was able to get around really easily. The beds were also really comfortable! I think i slept more there than at home!!
