We informed the receptionist, and they said they would fix the issue after my checkout, as I was staying for only one day. I work in housekeeping so I kind of check everywhere when I get into a room everything seemed clean until I checked the tops of the headboards you can knit a sweater with the amount of dust that was on the tops of the headboards also the picture frames were dusty other than that the rooms were clean The staff was very friendly when my TV refused to work the lady made it her business to come to my room from the front desk and rectify the situation so other than the little bit of dust four and a half out of five stars

The rooms were outdated and dirty. The hall smelled like pickles. The gym everything was broken and the pool was nasty ceiling was leaking in the pool.

Staff was wonderful and really friendly, room was clean. Only bad was hair dyer didn’t work (but housekeeping immediately), wall mounted shampoo was out, there was only warm water in the tub and that only lasted for about 1 min. Before it went cold.
