Do you enjoy smelling stale cigs all the time?

The entire hotel including linen smelled like old stale cigarettes. The staff were not polite with guests. I will not stay here again.

The room was decent, but damp. The hallways smelled and felt damp and dingy. People were smoking cigarettes and other things right outside the outside doors even though there are signs everywhere saying no smoking on the property. The hot water was inconsistent. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night 2 times in a 7 day stay. During that 7 day stay, housekeeping only came one time. They knocked on the door and I asked them to come back the next day because I was about to nap, but they never came back. I had to go myself to ask for new towels and toilet paper. Trash was never even taken out. Overall, my stay wasn't great. The staff was nice enough, but this property desperately needs updated and renovated and cleaned more often.

This hotel is a dump. The wall sockets were loose. The telephone wall socket didn't work, so no dial tone. Had to call the front desk from my cell phone. They do not deliver towels and washclothes to the room, you have to pick them up yourself from the front desk. The room smelled of smoke. The mirror in the bathroom looked old and had unwipeable stains on it. I've never stayed in a comfort inn like this ever. Comfort Inns are my go to whenever I travel.

WILL NOT stay at this hotel again and question whether I’lI stay at another Choice Hotel location. The photos posted for this “Conference Center” when booking the room do not reflect the terribly poor condition of the property. The “restaurant” was essentially a bar. We checked in, walked to blg C, and immediately smelled marijuana inside the building. On our way to our room, there was discarded carpet, peeling paint and an unfinished ceiling drywall patch in the corridor. In our room 170, more peeling paint, a few bugs, a large hole in the bed comforter, urine on the rim of the toilet, and rusty lamps and bathroom fixtures from what appeared to be ongoing humidity issues. The complimentary shampoo in the bathroom was half used, and had not been replaced by housekeeping. These conditions were deplorable, especially for the amount of dollars paid for the one-night stay.

This hotel is not good. Maybe even the worst place I’ve ever stayed. It’s very dated. Very dirty. Like actual stains everywhere. The lock on the door didn’t work. The staff were very nice. Would not stay here again.

Honestly, this hotel was pretty terrible. Paid 1000 for 3 nights during the US open. Hotel is old and in need of lots of repairs. Room was not very clean and many fixtures falling apart. They didn't come in our room once to clean or refresh towels and toiletries.. I had to go to the front desk. The hot tub was broken.. breakfast was terrible, stale bagels, bad coffee. They had a kid bartending that never made a drink in his life. Would never ever stay here again.

One of the worst hotel experiences over paying $300 per night due to Us open event - 1. Overall def not worth staying. Old, worn-out see pics... Under construction doesn't give me any hopeful future view. 2. Smelly rooms with old carpets and overall amenities 3. There won't be any cleaning or replacing or back filling your towels or amenities before 3 days and they won't let you know up front which means that you have to go back up again and pick them up. If service won't be provided why do you even charge that level? 4. The phone line in the room doesn't even work so when you want to complain you use your own phone to find the location from Google map to trigger the call. 5. key flop doesn't work each day which means you go back upstairs again to reprogram your card and come back down. 6. The freezer in the room doesn't work. It exists 7. Whenever you call to complain they will tell you because we are under the construction..... When I'm on the business trip or a personal trip hotel comes the most important factor for me to stay clean and find something value for money: I check overall star ratings and pictures but this time I completely misled. I hope next person doesn't make the same mistake thank you.

The lamp by the beds had outlets that did not function. Overall this property needs a complete renovation. The staff was very friendly and were definitely the line bright spot.
