Let me begin by saying the front desk staff was wonderful. Above and beyond. Unfortunately, that's where the positive parts of this stay ended. Checked in, unpacked, flipped on the TV to find that it didn't work. Desk was very helpful, tried everything, and eventually moved us to another room (after we spied a handwritten note on the front desk that said the TV in that particular room didn't work, and another guest had also been moved from that room). Second room - the heat doesn't work. We were there during a blizzard, literally 12 degrees outside. Room was 62 degrees, and that's where it stayed. Tried to take a hot shower to warm up, and after doing so, found a horribly dirty and stained towel rolled up on the towel rack. This was not the experience I'm sure Hampton/Hilton wants you to have. I didn't complain about the heat or the towel because the staff had been so nice about the TV. I'll just vote with my feet and will not be staying here again.

Worst stay!

Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend Our stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel is in serious need of renovation—everything felt dirty and neglected. Our first room was missing a fridge and smoke detector, and the pullout mattress was stained and clearly unclean. After requesting a room change, we found the second room had the same issue: a filthy pullout mattress, as if it hadn’t been checked or cleaned between guests. The carpets throughout the hotel, including in both of our rooms, were stained and dirty. The furniture was also visibly stained and worn. It’s clear that cleanliness and maintenance are not a priority here. This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had, and we will definitely not be returning.

Pros and cons at this place

Room was nice size and breakfast a step ahead of some places. Appreciated it being offered until 10 AM. Coffee 24/7 in common area nice. But the TV was unusable as it had a big black line running down the right side and the remote would not work. Bummer as we ended up watching an important football game on a tiny tablet. Also there aren’t enough hooks in the bathroom. Flimsy luggage rack that collapsed.
