Nice hotel with a decent breakfast buffet (not continental). Friendly staff, clean rooms and good location. Closer to all the restaurants and but far from the Waterfront. This will be my go to place when I'm going home to see my family.

at breakfast, they ran out very fast of eggs, bacon, coffee, orange juice, bagels, yogurt and napkins. only one person was working on making all of this available again, took more than half hour to put out eggs, bacon and coffee. Never refilled orange juice, or put out bagels and yougurt Very disappointing

Remodel, which is great, but loud and poor timing in am, disrupts morning meal. Exterior very poor looking, bad landscaping sloppy curb appeal . Staff very apathetic, not very engaging or friendly.
The check in was smooth and the front desk called the room after we arrived to make sure we were satisfied with our room

I was to have 2 Queen Beds, and ended up with 1 King. That didn't work for 3 people. Went to the front desk, and they had NO other rooms w/ double beds. So, they had to put us in a room w/ Smoking, and it was HORRIBLE smelling, and w/ a pull - out couch which was no better then sleeping on the FLOOR. They said that this is a common occurence w/ your Company, and other online services, that they over book the rooms. I was DISGUSTED!! I use your Compnay a lot for our Travels, and will consider NOT using you again. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Only spent two nights here, was pretty clean and neat and staff membrs were very nice and helpful. Price was a litte high in my opinion for what you got but not too out of the ordinary for the area.
Would have like to have seen nicer amenities for the price. First room stank like cigarettes, although it was labeled non-smoking. Receptionist was very friendly and changed our room right away. Sofa was uncomfortable, and bed linens smelled strongly of commercial grade detergent. Elevator had stron fast food odor. Aside from a 7-eleven, not much in walking distance.

Hotel is right off main road with little to do/eat walking distance, but near lots of food chains. Lobby cute and renovated, remainder of hotel decent but worn. Stayed here overnight and was fine for that. Area is pretty pricey for hotels, but thought for the price should have been a bit nicer. Breakfast is included, but I slept through it. Roomate said person taking care of breakfast area was noisy and talking over TV a lot--not professional. Night check in (8:30pm) desk clerk (only one) was off doing errands and had to wait for him (there was a sign). Very pleasant when he returned. In sum, as a wayside hotel looking for overnight stay this is fine...but nothing fancy.
